Despite the entire job being the repair of two leaks under sinks, they managed to track mud into my home, smeared and stomped so much into the carpet I had to have the carpet cleaned. They tried to take advantage of me by not fixing the problem and telling me they did because it was a vacant home, assuming I wasn't available to verify repairs. When I verified, the leak under the kitchen sink wasn't fixed and they left the doors to my house unlocked. When I called to tell them the leak wasn't fixed, the guy told me "they workers around all day and when I tell them I'm on my way they do crappy work in a rush." I was billed at a rate of $80 per hour for his crew to fuck around and not fix what I hired them to fix, damage my carpet, and leave my home unlocked after they finished their rampage. I wound up having Best Plumbing finish the work and they were quick, efficient and did the work right. Stay away from Bratton Plumbing!

Bratton plumbing serves no purpose. They claim to be professional, that's a lie. When asked when they would have the water back on we are told one hour, for 16 hours the answer was one hour. They had the sheriffs department stand over them due to all the angry residents. They told many of the residents to "go home". They can't handle an angry customer, who wants that kind of company in their home?
NOT ME. They are incapable of telling the truth. They shut off the wrong valve and now we are suffering due to their mistake. They don't have any clue of what they are doing. They are incapable of fixing anything. They cause more problems than what they are fixing. Professionalisms is a word they don't understand. That word is WAY to big for them to understand. Do not use this company!

This plumbing company is a joke. The water has been out at our condominium complex going on 24 hours. I spoke with the owner who was very rude and theatened to come to my unit. I was told by the owner that the City of Houston was called at 12 am this morning to come out. I am trying to figure out why was the water out for 15 hours before this company decided to call the city of Houston. BTW we are still waiting on the COH to arrive. There are elderly residents and children who live here. This is unacceptable and I am sure illegal. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. I am upset I have to give them a star. When you call their number and they don't answer you are sent to a cell phone vm box which is full. This is not a legit company to be working on projects of this size. Maybe they can fix a leaky toilet but other than that I would not recommend.
