Bill Brawsell was recommended by a neighbor, so we trusted his verbal quote. He replaced our shower valve, and said he'd install a shower head and handle. Not only did he not give us a shower handle, but he billed us 60% higher than his quote. When I called on him, he kept calling me ""dear"" and refuted his verbal quote, and said he didn't remember quoting us a price. Needless to say: we'll never use him again!

Terrible customer service! The woman that answered the phone could not be more rude if she tried to be. Low rent stuff here.
