On a Thursday night we noticed our water meter was flooded. Called City of Livermore Friday morning to come out and inspect and found a leak on our side of meter so we needed to get a plumber ASAP as he said it could blow and be a huge mess. Every plumber I called was booked until following week. Came across Brasso's and spoke with Nikki. She was very helpful and called me an hour later to let me know she had their technician come back early from a job and would come over and diagnose the problem. Great!!! He came with a helper and dug around pipe that was leaking and decided in order to fix the leak he would have to dig up part of our lawn since pipe ran under sidewalk and ""hope"" the pipe was there. My first thought was ""hope""? He then quoted me $1500 and said it would be an 8 hour job that he couldn't do until Monday. He asked me to ask my neighbors to connect hoses so we could use their water supply all weekend. They did no problem. When I told my husband he found another plumber to come out Friday night and look at leak he then said ""there is no need to dig up your lawn and I can fix this in 2hours tomorrow morning""...seriously!! And I didn't have to bother my neighbors as he said hose could have been attached to water meter as well. Anyhow, my point is if you use this company make sure you get a second opinion.

Our water heater went out over a weekend. I called Brasso's on Monday morning, very nice woman answered the phone, let me know she would contact her plumber right away and let me know when he could come out. I heard back shortly and Chris Jr. was at my house, out in the country, within an hour or so. Chris was very cordial, took care of business right away, had some helpful recommendations to avoid problems in the future, and was done before I knew it. Affordable pricing, great work, we will be calling Brasso's again, but hopefully not too soon!

I had two issues. A pipe leak and water heater replacement. Brasso's was simple and straight forward. 150 for the first hour and 115 for every hour afterwards. I had a lot of the work already prepped. They were able to come out the next day. Pedro from Brasso's showed up on time (8am) and went to work. A few hours later everything was completed and fixed. Thank you. I don't mind paying a decent wage for decent work and Brasso's fit the bill. As opposed to some other companies who want 265 for the first hour and then 45 for every 15 minutes afterward ($180 an hour).

Had excellent work done in years past back in 2010 and which is why I referred to them again to come in and detect where we had a leak which was damaging our laminate flooring in dining area. They came in and recommended we fix a drain in our concrete slab. Which they would have to demo everything like the walls and floors to show us that leak. They said we they would send us a report and recommendation for insurance claim but never did. So we ended up having to call another company to help us. The other company recommended that there was no drain problem and found the leak under the dishwasher. Brasso gave the wrong recommendation and happy they never followed up on a report and recommendation otherwise I would be spending money on a wrong fix! Will never do business with them again.

Brasso's is awesome! We have not had the best luck with contractors, plumbers, etc., so we keep a Google sheet of everyone who gives us estimates for house projects. This way we know who to use and not to use in the future. Nerdy, I know! But it's useful. We no longer need to use the Sheet for plumbers!

We had a hot water slab leak. For weeks we were having to turn the hot water on at the water heater when we needed to shower while we got plumbing estimates. Brasso's gave us an estimate that was not hundreds of dollars less than the others, but thousands! The estimate included repairing the leak, a re-pipe of the plumbing (through the attic, rather than in the slab) and a new water heater. They were also able to schedule us quickly as they knew we were dealing with the hot water issue. They brought a crew out and knocked everything out in one day. We are so happy with the work. And they are great people in general!

Brasso's is our go-to plumbing company! Seriously, when you find a team this awesome, you don't bother with anyone else again!

Oh, and they also referred us to a general contractor for a kitchen remodel. We ended up using that contractor and are so happy with him!

Our water heater stopped working, Of course it was after normal business hours. I sent an e-mail to Brassos Plumbing hoping to have them contact me the next day. I was wrong, I got a phone call that evening and the repair appointment was scheduled for the morning. The repair tech showed up on time and made the needed repair.

Without a doubt outstanding service, and will definately do business with this company in the future.

We were totally awed by the workmanship of the Brasso Plumbing crew. We had our entire house re-piped and they completed the job in a matter of hours while another company told us it would take 4-5 days. They were honest, polite, & orderly. There were around 8 workers and they all did little extra things above what we expected. We will definitely refer them to our neighbors and friends.

We bought a 50 gallon water heater from Brad last year 07/03/2014 Two months ago it started to shut off. I called Brad I can't even tell you how many times he finally answered one of my calls and scheduled to come out on 12/03/2015 at 3:00 pm. He never showed up and since that day has not returned my calls. He came highly recommended by a contractor I know.

I HIGLY RECOMMEND you do not use Brasso's. For any of your plumbing needs!!! Our water heater has a six year warranty. The make he installed is a Rheem. I called the company and that's a joke in its self. Bottom line don't get a Rheem water heater and don't use this company!


Update on my previous post.
Brasso promised to send two technicians and true to their word two guys showed up to fix the water heater. Rheem company sent a complicated part they expected us to install. Brasso technician said that there was another part they should have sent that was also not working. We were lucky the technician also had that part. When they were done they gave me the invoice to sign and said that Brad (the owner) said ""no charge and Merry Christmas"". My husband and I thought and still think that was very nice of him. We expected to pay for the repair. Job well done! Thank you Brad!

If you are looking for a plumbing company then Brasso Plumbing is the company. I called for a quote to do a re-pipe and Brad ( the owner) came out the next day and walked around the house while I told him my issues. He said don't worry this will all be fixed. That felt so good to hear. I had the quote in a couple of days. Very reasonable pricing also. His crew showed up on a Saturday in the early AM and had my whole how re-piped within 4 to 5 hours.
His crew was very professional and new what they were doing. I would highly recommend Brasso Plumbing to anyone looking to have plumbing done at your house.

Just had my house re-piped by Brasso's Plumbing. Brad came out, did a walk through and presented a bid a day later which was more than fair and beat previous ones from other company's. What I liked was you deal with the owner, not a salesman. The crew arrived at 7:00 am, Brad walked them through explaining what needed to be done then they got to work. At 11:30 they were done.
