Contacted brass built thru a referral. To work on my tankless water heater the circulation pump burned up. They replaced the pump and suggested we add a filter to help stop the hard water clog up the tank. The initial verbal quote went from 700 to 1300, after the were done.
The kicker is that 2 weeks after I started getting a error code on the heater and when I contacted Charles he said that I isn't related to anything that they have done to the heater and will not even come back and look at it or give me a referral to anyone that can help.
So use at your own risk!!
Apparently Charles doesn't like my review!! He sent me a text telling to delete my review!! The same day I posted it!!!

Charlie Meece did a great job on our water heater.

He was responsive to our urgency, and explained what was happening. He was clean and neat himself.

Replacement took less time than he estimated and price was as expected.

He is our go to plumber going forward!!

Charlie came out and helped me quickly fix a plumbing issue at a very reasonable rate. When I spoke to Charlie on the phone about the problem, he provided me with a couple of plans on what he was going to attempt to do to fix my problem (a good case scenario as well as a worst case scenario). What was interesting is that Charlie's worst case scenario was the best case scenario for a lot of the other bids for the job. Needless to say, I trusted Charlie before I had even had a chance to meet the guy - and what's even better is that he delivered high quality work and did not disappoint. Charlie will be my first call for any issues from here on out.

Charles and crew finished my repipe with pex for my condo in 2018 in Dana Point and my rental in Talega this year. This was a difficult process made so much easier with highest of quality work, and soldered where applicable, anyone who has had a repipe knows this, i got a thorough education! Would recommend based on quality of work, quality of material used, completed in a time frame we agreed upon with my tenants' schedules and mine and price of work completion more than fair!
