Gaëlle R.I had a bathroom faucet that was leaking. Brasero plumbing responded to me right away on yelp. After trying to change the cartridge, happened that it was actually an issue with the valve. I got a new valve, faucet and shower trim and Darius fixed it following day. Darius was very responsive, he did a great job and was fast. He didn't leave any mess and left the site clean, and even helped me put back the plaster wall piece that was cut, since I was going to do the wall patch myself. I will definitely use Brasero Plumbing next time I need plumbing service. I recommend 100%
Bill M.Had a blocked toilet, I tried the plunger, boiling water with Dawn dish detergent - no luck. I left Brasero Plumbing a message on Yelp around midnight, and at 6 AM or so they replied with a quote, the quote was OK and I asked them to come out - they arrived right around 7 AM with the plumbing snake. The snake did the trick, in a few minutes he was done and the toilet was OK again. One relies on having a toilet.... and having someone who can come out quickly to take care of a clog is very valuable.
Darius was prompt, careful to not make a mess and gave me a few pointers on how to keep the toilet clear- He said put vinegar in it once a month or so and leave it overnight, this helps break down the calcium and other things that build up. Good advice.
I would use them again, for sure.
