Over charged a friend of mine for a backflow test, she lives in the same neighborhood as the business owner. Brad said the cost of everything has gone up, but when I check with some of his other customers their fee was the same as always, which was 20.00 lower. So Brad out and out lied to one of his neighbor's. My friend is dealing with chemo because of cancer.
