I had a great experience with them, my water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. They installed a new one right away, hauled the old one away with No problems. I will call them again in the future if needed. Oh, and their price was the lowest after calling around. Definitely would recommend them to anyone needing any plumbing work done.

Never hire these guys! VERY unprofessional! Chad needs to take an anger management course. I had a shower leak, which they came to assess. Never checked the tiling, which was the root of the problem. After removing showerhead, handle, and tub spout, then cutting a hole in my wall, they realized it was merely loose tile. I then asked why they didn't check the tiling first, which sparked a hissy fit. Chad screamed how he doesn't do tiling, just plumbing, then booked out like a baby, saying he can't work for me. Fortunately I got a very nice plumber to put everything back in for me. Was glad he left and didn't charge me. But I'm warning you all...don't hire these guys! Apparently it doesn't take much to make them storm out.

Had a major repair of a large caste iron drain line at a customer's 3 family. I was real worried for them about the price and even finding a plumber to do it. It was difficult and involved. Chad and his employee showed up that morning, gave a price, got the parts, and returned to finish it that day! The price was less than I or the owner expected and Chad even made some extra repairs and never went up on the price. This was a two man job and most of the plumbers I talked to couldn't do it. Chad knew the code and didn't cut corners. I've been in the trades for 30 years and I now have a plumber I can rely on. Thanks for making me look good.
