I often forget to rate those companies that do right. Brandon was able to fit us into his schedule and replaced our hot water heater. He was prompt, professional, and most of all kind. A man who cares. We had a misunderstanding about another job and he was concerned enough to contact us and talk it out. This says a lot about Brandon as a human being. I am glad that we can say we have found a plumber that we trust and respect. I'm a disabled combat veteran living on a limited fixed income.

Brandon used to work at About Plumbing. He came to my home back in 2019 and attempted to ""bully"" me into committing insurance fraud! It turns out that he and his wife worked together in their scams. When the owner (Darren De Long) discovered this, he bought out Brandon's part of that business, and has worked to clean up all of Brandon's messes and toxic interractions. I asked the owner of About Plumbing if Brandon was working for another company and he said, ""yes"" but preferred to be discreet and not name the business out of kindness and respect, so I did my own research and found this out.

About Plumbing now has 5 star reviews across the board and they didn't even ask my to update my review!

If Brandon is willing to bully a disabled combat veteran, I wonder what he would say or do to a little old lady?

Do your research, as I've suggested above, and you will decide that this individual is NOT the person you should EVER hire.

I've already reported him to the insurance companies, so he is on their watch-list when it comes to insurance claims.

Just a few days before Christmas at 5:00pm our main water line into the house burst. Brandon was able to get out quickly and replace the damaged pipe. Thank You so much. Polite, friendly service.

Toilets both overflowing water coming up in showers called multiple no one could come for weeks. Brandon's showed quickly assessment major repair all explained wi pics finished following day all done by 2 very professional and understanding young men who were polite and caring Very positive experience.
