Brandon Plumbing will overcharge you. Beware!! I never got a receipt for the kitchen faucet installed. Tim was talking nice to me on the phone but if he knows you don't know about plumbing work he will give you ridiculous estimates. I kept asking for a receipt. He would send a text and say he was working on it, going to send it, email not working. Total BS!! I can see on other reviews he has done the same to other customers. I talked to an experienced plumber about my faucet and the install. He said I was over charged! To this day I have not received a receipt for the job.

I broke my outside pipe and water was gushing out. I called Tim at Brandon plumbing and Tim sent someone out in 5 minutes to shut off the water. He sent someone later to fix my broken pipe. I thought the price was very reasonable. And I am very appreciative

I had a main line from the county leaking into my soil and turning it into a mud pit. I made the repairs myself, but when the water was turned on I found a new problem, a coupling further down line that had never been glued and broke. After 2 days of sweating I called and Tim who hooked me up with his technician Stacey. Showed up within a few hours. He was honest and said that my prior work looked great and I could complete the job myself. Being wore out, I had him complete the work. Thirty minutes the job was done and I paid a reasonable price. Great experience, I would use them again in a second.

Tim was very nice over the phone and answered all of my questions. He texted me his direct number while on the line with me to make sure I had it and said the plumber would be in contact to give quote and schedule. Mark, the plumber called within 15 mins giving quote and answering questions. And although we decided to do repairs ourselves this time, I will call them again if I ever need a plumber.

I had a pipe leak under my kitchen sink. I called several plumbing companies and Tim from Brandon Plumbing called me right-of-way. I told Tim I needed the work done on that day because I had taken the day off from work. Tim took that under consideration and dispatched the technician to show up at my house before lunch time to assess the leak situation. Based on my conversation with Tim, his technician Jim was finishing up a job in Pinellas County and I would be the next customer. I must say, on that day we had very bad storms and Jim was running a little bit late. He called to let me know his estimated time of arrival.  Jim was very polite, friendly and professional. During his assessment, in addition to the leaking pipe, he noted a leaking water supply valve. He took the time to explain and make recommendation on what he needed to do to fix both leaks. Upon my approval of the work, he contacted his office and within a few minutes I received a call from Tim with the estimate and the warranty work explanation.  Jim did an excellent job; I am very happy with the result and Tim was very professional. I highly recommend this company; they are responsive, professional and affordable. More importantly, they provide quality work. Thank you so much Brandon Plumbing for your professionalism !!!

Nearly criminal pricing. My 65 year old mother called to have them come clear a plugged toilet. After arriving nearly two hours after she expected them, they told her they couldn't do it without removing the toilet and it gave her a quote for over $900. She called me and I told her to send them on their way. They charged her a $200 service charge and made her feel ashamed for not going through with the job. I called another plumber I've used before and they quoted $250, so I scheduled them. When I called and spoke with Tim, he tried to explain to me how difficult of a job it would be to remove the toilet and clear the line. After questioning him, he admitted it would likely take under an hour. He then told me that he didn't quote $970 that he actually quoted $790 or something of that nature. I don't believe him over my mother and if you are willing to change your prices that quickly you know you're being unethical anyways. TIM, I'm a man of my word and I promised you a 1 star review. Stop ripping off senior citizens with your outlandish quotes.

We had an urgent situation with a whole house clog while my wife was 40 weeks plus a few days... Tim and his team responded quickly, and very courteously, to our situation and fixed the issue. The plumber on site, Ernesto was fantastic! He explained what caused the issue and how to avoid it in the future. I feel fortunate that we will be able to find someone that did what they would say they would do, when they told us they would do it. Unfortunately that's not always the case. It's good to know there are still contractors out there you can trust. I highly recommend Tim and his team and will have them on speed dial for any future needs.

I feel like I struck gold with this company. From the moment I called them (picked from a Google search after calling several others in my area), the owner/manager Tim did a great job of listening to my issue (a newly discovered pipe leak behind the wall in my laundry closet), offering some suggestions, possible fixes, then scheduling an appointment the very next day. He even gave me his cell number in case I needed to reach him quickly. He and his technician Jim showed up the next morning, fully assessed the problem and got to work. They were both extremely professional and the work itself is outstanding. Tim himself turned out to be quite an interesting guy - during the repair job he and I talked quite a bit; very personable, friendly and positive. It was beyond clear that these folks are a very customer-oriented company and that they care about and value those who hire them. My girlfriend and I almost asked them to stay for dinner, they were that good! Oh, and the price they charged for the repair was very reasonable. I am happy knowing that if I have any future plumbing issues arise that I have these folks to call. I know I am in good hands with an honest, hard-working, customer-oriented company.
