They somehow stole my credit card number and used it to pay for a business certificate at the IL Secretary of State. I have no idea how that is even possible. HORRIBLE SCAMMERS. I had to dispute the charge with Citibank and cancel my credit card. I have never used or heard of this company before. WTF?!
