The plumbers from Brandenburg arrived promptly and were very professional. They evaluated our toilet problems and clearly explained the situations to us. We needed a new toilet (since the installers who put it in when we built the house did not do it correctly, and it didn't have a proper seal so it had been sliding around!). Damon and his apprentice went to go pick it up and brought it back to install it. They did a beautiful job, left everything clean, and it works perfectly.

We've had super low water pressure since we bought this house over 7 years ago, and no plumber has ever been able to figure out how to fix it. Meanwhile, the problem got worse and worse. I was without water for three days...called on Monday...they arrived before noon and repaired my problems. The men were pleasant and professional...fixed my problem in steamy hot conditions...and I would recommend them every time.

Called Brandenburg after a local plumber completely hosed up our new construction project. Austin and Wade came to the rescue. They showed up when they said they would and took a look at the job. They ensured us that they could resolve all the problems. They took it on with a positive attitude and put our minds at ease. Within a few days, all off the issues were resolved and we were on our way to the next phase of new construction. What took one plumber about 2 months to totally destroy, these guys were able to resolve in a matter or days. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service, great technicians.

I called at about 9:30am with a leaking, malfunctioning defective water heater that was only a few years old.

They showed up within 2 hours, had a brand new version of the same model and brand, they checked the manufacturing date on my old one, "feb of 2014, it's in warranty, we'll exchange it for you, you only pay labor".

Have a new working water heater by noon, can't believe it, for about a third of what I was quoted by several others for total cost.

Best experience with emergency home repair, ever.

Update: had another issue with the water heater that turned out to be electrical in nature, Joel was the plumber who showed up on time and was extremely friendly, organized, efficient and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend this company, and I'm not easy to please.

Very expensive and did not give me an estimate before doing work. I thought it was customary to tell the customer what you're going to do and give an estimate before doing the work and charging $480 to replace a simple faucet. I have used Rhea Plumbing (Llano) before and their prices are fair and reasonable.

Showed up not at the scheduled time.

Were rude to someone with mental difficulties and refused to do the job after meeting that person.

Even after explaining the situation the manager of the company was very rude.

I had an attorney text them, "...and a little discriminatory.... but I realize you have the right to refuse doing business with anyone you choose. People with mental illnesses already suffer so much, it's just a shame when they are discriminated against for something they didn't cause"

This is the 4th time over several years we've used Brandenburg and highly recommend them. They may or may not be more expensive than others, but when you need a plumber you NEED a plumber that you can depend on to show up quickly and do honest work. "Tanker" has always been a very polite and knowledgeable guy.
I will surely continue to use them because its nice to have a plumber you can trust. You are talking about your home; they take pride!

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with Brandenburg Plumbing. We had a clogged toilet and they came to fix it, charging us more than 500 dollars to do so. A few days later, the toilet got clogged again and I called them to come back and fix it. However, they were very rude and impolite, telling me that they could not guarantee the work because I had used the toilet improperly. I assured them that it was not the case and asked them to come and see it and fix the problem. However, they said they would charge again to go and see it. I was speechless, I could not believe that I was receiving such a bad customer service and that i was being told that I had used the toilet improperly, and if it wasn't me, I should go and find out who was using it improperly. If you have any plumbing issues in your house, it would be wise to look for someone else.
