Laurie D.We have used them in past and have had good work done by the owners son's, who are always polite. The last two experiences were not so great. We called them for a pipe leak. The owner came. We told them we 'thought"" it might be a certain pipe causing the trouble. He never assessed the leak; just came in, turned off the water, cut the pipe off, and put a cap on it. Then turned the water back on and found out it wasn't the correct pipe at all. Found out the next day that the pipe he capped off was our outdoor water line. We called to say what happened and he said it wasn't his fault. His son came to do a quick fix. We were charged for the 2nd call that was THEIR mistake!. Not the customer service we expect.
