Branch plumbing did an excellent job replacing my 60 year old leaking main shut off valve.
The 2 plumbers that came to my house were very polite and professional,they shut the main off at the road and let me know I would be without water for a half hour or so,they installed a new branch with 2 shutoffs,one closest to the ground for the whole house and one after my in ground sprinkler feed so I can leave my sprinklers working in the summer,and still shut off the rest of the house while away. Looks great and works like a charm and I have total peace of mind when I'm on vacation. Highly Recommend +++

Good thing the landlord is the one who has to pay the bills, because if it was me, we'd be in small claims court.

Had them come out for a clogged toilet and leaking sink - toilet would not unclog despite literally hours of plunging. When they finally arrived, they tried to snake the toilet and stated they couldn't get the snake all the way through....they had to remove the bowl from the floor to direct access the drain pipe....they still could not locate the cause of the clog or the problem of it not flushing. Also had them assess the reason for the toilet constantly ""refilling"" on it's own randomly, which causes scalding hot water in the shower if that happens when in the shower.

They claim to have fixed the clogged toilet, adjusted the float valve, and assessed the problem with the sink - stated that needed substantial work and would have their boss speak to the landlord about replacing the faucet altogether.

A day later the sink was still leaking even after they ""made temporary adjustments"", the toilet was still randomly refilling and not flushing properly now. Notified them, they came back, ""replaced float valve"" but that also did not resolve the problem as the toilet still refills the same way it did before.

Also noticed there was a leak coming from underneath one of the bedroom walls which butts up against the bathroom, after further investigation, I found that there was a significant leak from underneath the bathroom sink - the same sink that when the plumbers came back the second day and made ""adjustments"". Everything under the sink was soaking wet. I happened to notice that they had changed some hoses previously, which was the ""temporary adjustments"".

At this point, notified the landlord directly again and told him of these issues, he had same plumbers come back again. Landlord was also mad about toilet issue, stating we're already $700.00 into this toilet problem. *not my problem he hired shotty contractors. My advice, hire a handyman whose licensed and insured before hiring this ""business"". 3 visits later and toilet still isn't fixed, sink was still leaking after they replaced the faucets (I found that they hadn't tightened up one of the connectors, hence it was leaking whenever the sink was being ran. I tightened it by hand and it no longer leaks.

Branch Plumbing came to clean and service my boiler, It took a few hours and they had to use a few of my tools to do the job. Their bill came in today and was $733.18. WOW!!! What a nasty surprise. When I called the owner to complain, he said: ""Well, I didn't install your boiler. We did what we were supposed to do and that's the price."" I won't be calling them again.

The best plumbing service in Smithtown!! Highly recommend these plumbers, they do a great job- been using them for years and ive yet to be disappointed! The guys are hardworkers and get the job done fast! You definitely wont be disappointed doing business with them(:
