Does not return calls. We have used Braggs several times with fairly good results. But there seems to be an electrical problem from a previous installation that caused an even bigger problem. Been several days without a call back, had to call another plumber.

I needed service on my water heater and called Bragg Plumbing. I did not get a live person but a recording to leave my number and message and someone would get back to me. That was over 24 hours ago and no response from Braggs. I finally just fixed the problem myself. If you need help and not mechanically inclined do NOT call this company.
