Terrence Brady began his plumbing journey over 20 years ago at Greater Lowell Technical High School. At the conclusion of his junior year, he became a co-op apprentice in a plumbing shop working on premium remodeling projects training alongside elite Journeyman Plumbers. In 2003, he passed the Massachusetts Journeyman's License exam on his first attempt when the pass rate was just one out of three. He has since obtained both his Massachusetts Master Plumber and Gas Fitters licenses. Additionally, he holds a New Hampshire Master Plumbing License and a New Hampshire Gas Equipment Installers License. Terrence Brady has spent his adult life, and some of his teenage years, in the plumbing field, with the exception of four years in the US Army as an 11C Infantryman. He was deployed to Iraq twice. Currently, he leads Brady Plumbing & Heating, a family-run business with Veteran ownership, focusing on quality over quantity.

Andrew Brooks came out and did absolutely nothing for me. Charged me $174 for an hour that accomplished squat. Furthermore he suggested cutting wires that would mess up my system because he couldn't find the part. I uploaded a picture on Google and guess what. Am on my w a y to plumbing supply. He quoted me 2500 to install a well tank. Seriously? And that wouldn't even have solved my problem lol n o thanks. Then he bitched because he said he worked an hour and a half. No way dude, I was clocking you!
Someone needs to inform this young man about the Consumer Review Fairness Act because he has a clause in his contract that says customers cannot leave a negative review about his business. It is, in fact against the law to try to intimidate customers to not leave a negative review. This law has been in effect since 2016 so if you are not satisfied with his service leave a review telling the truth. Buyer beware.
J. T.I saw 10 reviews not recommended on this site for Brady plumbing. All of them were positive reviews I would say do business with this man I intend to.
Jae L.They will take advantage at every opportunity from you. Avoid! Rude manager, TJ and incompetent. They didn't know how to fix my unit, which I was understanding towards but charged me $400 to tell me a cable needed replacement (incorrect). And didn't bother to fix it, thank god since their diagnosis was so off. ""2hours"" worth of service for the guy to be on his phone trying to get a hold of someone who could tell him what they think was wrong. What a joke. Avoid
Made an appointment for a plugged pipe . When the appointment day arrived and no-one showed my husband called and was informed that they had an opening the day before and tried to call , his mailbox was full so they showed up anyway, and No-one answered the door. Why would anyone show up with no appointment or any communication to confirm a change then NOT show up on confirmed day... this was apparently too much logic for the receptionist who got completely combative -then stated we owed $89.00 for the 'trip fee ' for the day they showed up without an appointment! When she was informed that this is not how it works ... she hung up on us. Cant speak for their work if they show up on the right day, but I can say that they should have an adult answering the phone.
