No need to get into what put me in the unfortunate situation that required Bradshaw plumbing's help. All you need to know is that when I went on Yelp on a Sunday afternoon with an emergency, Bill Bradshaw got back to me in less than 20 minutes and gave me his number to discuss the problem on the phone. Once he had a good idea of what was needed, he got me pointed in the right direction to get started as well as answering my numerous follow up phone calls and questions. They had Joey, one of their licensed plumbers, call me to set up my appointment. He showed up right on time, and although he said it would take him 5 1/2 hours, he was done in just over 4! This included removing a water heater and replacing it with a tankless (supplied by Bradshaw with warranty), re-running and soldering new pipes and a whole bunch of other stuff that he explained but I don't have time to continue with as this is already a long review! When Joe was finished, my place looked exactly as it did when he arrived, except a beautiful new tankless water heater sat where an old broken down tank used to! Thank you Bill, Carol, and Joe. You guys made a frustrating situation easy and painless to fix.

Bradshaw Plumbing should be called Joe's speedy and accurate plumbing. This happens to be the second time that I needed the services of Bradshaw Plumbing over the past years. Joe came out on both jobs. He was quick at accessing the issue. He clearly and accurately showed what needed to be repaired and explained the costs. He went through the steps on what was being done and was very respectful and cleaned up any area that he needed to work. It's very refreshing to work with a company that takes pride in their work and does business the old fashioned way. Anyone would do well using Bradshaw Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

I left an email requesting a quote for repair or replacement of my 12 year old Rheem Water Heater, Carole responded within 30 minutes. Within an hour, one of Bradshaw's technicians arrived to give a free estimate. He analyzed and explained the problem clearly to me and gave me two options, replace Heater element and see if that corrects the problem or replace the unit. He was clear that he would have to charge for the element replacement, even if he replaced the entire unit. We jointly decided to go with the Element replacement and it worked so far. The unit no longer leaks and we have hot water. So the whole process was completed in 3 hours from initial email to repair completion. Best experience I have had with a plumber and Joe was really professional and conscientious working to meet my requirements, budget and many questions. Would definitely use Bradshaw again and highly recommend Joe.

Great experience, reasonable pricing, and fast service. I love that this is a family owned business. Carole, the Office Manager, is so helpful and even though what we needed wasn't a huge job, it was something needed fairly immediately. And we appreciated the quick service especially just before the holiday. Really, call them and find out for yourself!

I've used Bradshaw Plumbing before and Joe does a good job, but my latest interaction with the company was not the best. I called several times last week to schedule for a repair, left a couple of messages and called again, the lady that schedules the service mentioned that she had received my message and had me scheduled for the following Tuesday, she made sure to tell me to""""make sure you're home"""". Tuesday comes by and it's a no-show, well, I'm home! In my opinion, just a solid, normal, generic, same as any other, plumbing service.

Response time was good. I had company and my hot water heater quit working on a Friday. They came out and adjusted thermostat to get me through the weekend. Came back Monday with parts and repaired leak in pipe. Also fixed various other plumbing issues.
