Contacted Brad's Plumbing due to both toilet being clogged with an obstruction in the sewer lateral. Brad's responded within a couple of hours. Justin and his help were excellent. They were able to determine the nature of the problem and were able to clear the lateral line. They were also able to quickly locate the cleanout for the lateral line (something previous plumbers were unable to do.) Great service, reasonable pricing, friendly people who know what they are doing. Highly recommend Justin and Brad's plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Spoke to Brad about an issue with plumbing in our house regarding PEX and hot water line. He said he would do some research and ask around if any of his plumber friends had experienced the same issues and get back with me. That was 4-6 weeks ago and haven't heard back from him yet.

i own a small appliance repair shop and I have needed plumbing help on a few of the jobs I have done. In one case, a water valve broke off at the wall and I needed immediate help. Brad was able to get one of his guys out right away to install a new valve. Another time, my daughter had a clogged drain in her sink and I couldn't get it unclogged with my snake. Brad came out and had it cleaned out in a short amount of time. Both times he charged a very fair price for the repairs.

First time to bring in Brad's Plumbing and glad we did. Brad and Jeremy worked with us to provide a few options on repairing a gas line that supplied our backyard grill. I really like the communication and the written estimates via e-mail. Jeremy finished the job in a few hours (after another plumber failed a few times on this same job days earlier). WE WOULD NEVER HIRE BRADS PLUMBING AGAIN. Sent out 3 guys in two vans, one admittedly an apprentice that did not much more than stand around hold a ladder. Only one guy did any real work. They broke the access panel in the ceiling and made a makeshift replacement out of MY materials, BUT they were just going to "tape it together" and do nothing more, but I prevailed. For 2 SMALL leaks needing only 2 galvanized nipples, one coupling and 2 waterflex connectors, we were charged $550.00 and not provided an itemized invoice. My husband was aghast at the bill and I called and asked for an itemized invoice detailing material and labor which I received promptly by mail. Brad showed he charged $9.00 to provide an itemized invoice. Padding the bill and charging for itemized invoices....what a shady businessman. BAD BUSINESS. I sure hope the leaks were fixed well.
