Called Brad's Plumbing recently ,

He sounded knowledgeable about my water heater problem.
Brad asked a lot of question before he started the job OR I even gave him the job.

As it turned out, I hired another plumbing firm to do the water heater job.

My complaint is as follows:

I found out that Brad plumbing reported information, they obtained from me,
from technical question Brad asked via phone.
Questions I was not qualified to answer or questions I didn't quite understand.
He reported information to the manufacture warranty dept., without any personal
confirmation or visible knowledge .

His intervention caused my family another day without ""hot"" water.
I had to explain, send verification to DISCREDIT Brad's plumbing
water heater violation, to manufactures warranty satisfaction.
This was done.

My advise to everyone is to avoid using Brad's Plumbing service.
be careful what you say, it may be misconstrued and used against you,
without your knowledge , causing time, money and anguish.

That was my first and last experience.

I called today. The guy on the other end of the phone, paused, and then said no one there by that name. Good grief!!

We had a plumbing issue on Saturday (12/24) and his work hours clearly state M-Sat from 8a-8p. I can understand it's close to the holidays but he made it clear he didn't want to get in the ""plumbing truck"" for work this morning and if I could wait until Monday when he's ready, that could work for him. How about working for the customer? I can assure you that when we have plumbing needs, we WILL not call on Brad from ""Brad's Plumbing"" from Tracy.
