I'm a psychologist. I like people, even dysfunctional people. I like to give them opportunities to self-correct. I have been very patient with Brad. He came out in late 2017 to install a garbage disposal and water purifier.

I had to have him come back, because the water purifier was leaking. I told him to come at his convenience when he was in the area. He didn't come for about three months, so I asked if he could come. He did come, but he left saying he needed to get another screw.

I have not heard since then even though I have called three times.

Brad, if you see this and you come out, I'll remove it. (Can we remove posts on Yelp?) Also, Brad, if I have to call another plumber, even today, because I can't stop the leak, I will have to bill you. If you don't pay, I'll meet you in small claims court.

Called for an estimate for a residential job. Brad said he would be out in 45 minutes to an hour to give me one. Out of convenience I offered to text him the address. I text him immediately after talking to him. 2 hours passed and no plumber or person to do the estimate and no phone call. I text the number given to me and got no reply. Not professional to flake on potential customers. I can't imagine what he does to people that actually hire them.
