Since you deleted the Facebook review I'll just bring it here where you can't delete. One of your employees blindly pulling from the side of I-49 into on coming traffic nearly caused a wreck. After repeated no answers on your phone's or being hung up on, this will now be a public matter instead of a private call. Very poor customer service and extremely dangerous and negligent employees. Find a different plumbing company to use.

This by far is one of the best plumbing places in the four state area. When you have a problem they are quick to answer and they show up with anything that you could ever need. The prices are well worth the work that they do and the employees are so well trained that they can fix any problem. I will recommend them to anyone that not only has a plumbing problem but would be great for a new build. Deserves six stars

Bought a Riggins home 4 years ago that was plumbed by Brad's Plumbing. Have spent nearly $3,000 chasing leaks in water supply connections due to faulty installation. Would not recommend.

Customer service sucks. Recommended by our builder. Had broken disposal with clogged drain. Called on Tuesday 430 PM and the lady said they'd be out next morning between 730-830am. No one showed up. I waited, then called them late Wed morning to find out the plumber had gotten into a car accident and wouldn't be out.! They didn't even bother to call me!. She said they would be out the next day, Thurs, and the ""scheduler"" would call me asap and let me know exactly when they'd be out. I caked back Thurs morning and she said ""we will have to refer you to another plumber"" bc they couldn't make it out. Why didn't they just call me as soon as they realized they weren't going to make it ? Why did I have to call them to find out they weren't going to come both days? Yeesh. ANNOYING!

Awful, Unprofessional, and unreliable. Don't waste your time even calling this company. They will attempt to reschedule appointments two hours before and demand prepayment. They requested prepayment on a service call before they even evaluated or looked at property. CALL ANYONE ELSE!
