Majorly disappointed with the communication from Crystal at Brad's Plumbing. We called to get a few minor plumbing pieces installed, as well as to check for a potential leak. They sent Francisco out, who did an outstanding  job with the installation (the only reason this review is two stars instead of one), and he confirmed that we have a leak. He let us know that the office would contact us to schedule a leak specialist to visit.

A few days later we hadn't heard from anyone, so we called to set up the leak specialist's visit. Crystal worked with us to find a time that worked for both of our schedules, and confirmed that the specialist would be coming this morning (Wednesday, 9/27) at 9am.

The specialist did not show up this morning, and when we reached out to Crystal, she let us know that not only had she never given the specialist our address, but it turns out that he does not even serve our area. We are now left with a leak that is rapidly getting worse, and no one to help identify the source or solve the problem.

When I called to figure out a solution, all Crystal did was give a flippant apology and try to blame any potential damage on the fact that she was ""working"" around our schedule, when, in actuality, she didn't do any work at all.

Now I'm spending the day trying to find a plumbing company that will actually follow through, and trying to stave off any further damage to our home.

Extremely disappointed - I would not use or recommend them if you have any sort of major or time-sensitive issue.

Top quality work. The owner, Jesus, is professional, honest and dedicated, and his staff is top notch. We have worked with Jesus many times on various projects in our home and every time we have received great customer service and work. We highly recommend him and his team.

Most recent work was today when we found a water leak under the water heater. We called his office in a panic and was promptly greeted by a staff who listened to the plumbing problem and quickly scheduled a plumber to come out to our home. It was resolved in a timely manner and plumber will be back to do additional work at our request. Because we have come to know Jesus' ethic even though there are plenty of plumbers in our area we would not trust anyone but Brad's Plumbing in our home.

I originally contacted Gavilan's Plumbing, but they have merged with Brad's Plumbing and that was who was dispatched to our house. I was happy that they were willing to come to Soledad. They installed a sink faucet, checked the sink plumbing for leaks (previous leak prior to kitchen remodel), and installed garbage disposal.

I continue to rely on Galvan Plumbing for my residential and rental plumbing repairs. Galvan Plumbing is quick, generally has all the needed repair parts in the truck, and provides friendly service every time. Yesterday Joseph, a new employee, responded to my call he worked through the problem and got everything functioning quickly, and gave me advice on how to avoid future, similar problems. Spring 2023, Brads is now managed by Jesus Galvan plumbing. I've been calling on Galvans for several years and Jesus delivers great service and is easy to communicate with which is important for off-site property management. When Jesus sent Joseph from Brad's, I still received great service. Prices have gone up since I began using Galvans way back when. I suppose that is happening everywhere, but sticking with a reliable contractor is valuable.

Jesus came out the same day I called him. He kept in touch, telling me exactly when to expect him to be here. I was worried my very old dishwasher was going to have to be scrapped, but he fixed it! Very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.
