Got a quote for three projects. Bradley Plumbing came and installed a new sink and faucet (did a good job), broke the bathtub drain (and didn't say anything or offer to repair it) while inspecting for a leak, and ""ordered parts"" for a toilet flange repair that they just never came back to repair. Had to do this myself after waiting 4 weeks for a ""part to arrive"". Charged me 69% of the quote price for one job completed. I would recommend going elsewhere or only get a quote for one project at a time and not paying until the job is done to your satisfaction.

I cannot thank Josh enough for all of his hard work on my extensive remodel project. He's super responsive, polite, and trustworthy. Of all the plumbers I interviewed for this job, Josh was the only one who actually cared and thought out the intended layout of this basement, suggesting some great ideas, and not just bidding based on the number of fixtures. I reserved a couple days of very critical time before a slab was poured and Josh knocked it all out very efficiently and helped me keep my project on time. If I ever need anything with plumbing, Bradley Plumbing Systems will be the first and only call I make!

In 2013 we hired a landscape design company that referred us to a fire pit builder/plumber. Because of various challenges we were not able to get the fire pit up and running, in addition to it not being a priority.

Due to the pandemic we have spent more time at home and decided to make the fire pit a priority. We needed a licensed and experienced plumber, therefore, we decided to use Thumbtack because of several successful hires/projects in the past. Josh with Bradley Plumbing Systems reached out to us and said he would like to take a look at this project. When Josh arrived he was professional and consulted us on what was needed to get it up and running based on what I knew and what he evaluated, initially.

Due to the challenges we experienced in the initial build of the fire pit, Josh ran into several hurdles (I had thoughts it was not going to be easy to complete), but that did not stop him from solving each. At the end of the day, after a lot of effort he was able to complete the project.

Stay Far Far Away from this company! He forged my signature on the work order. then demanded same day payment before work was complete, then threatened to file a lien on the property, then threatened to call the police. I can't believe he is still in the business. Very hostile person.
