Eileen C.Greg Bradley (the owner & master plumber) was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with from the first phone inquiry to him.
After I had checked out two other plumbers; I chose Bradley Plumbing.
He quoted a fair price and was very efficient installing two beautiful Gerber toilets. We love them!
I would hire Greg Bradley again for any plumbing needs that come up. His long-time experience in plumbing showed - and he even offered helpful advice on other issues in our home while he was here. We are very pleased with the efficient and professional job he did for us.
I would give a '10 Star' rating to ""Bradley Plumbing"" if I could!!
Thanks, Greg.
I had a water heater installed, he left a mess and a water leak. Called and talked to him, he was nice but his service on problems is terrible. Didn't return calls or follow up. Don't use!
PLEASE beware of Bradley Plumbing, I had him put in a hot water heater that had problem within in months of him replacing it. He is unreliable and doesn't return phones calls. I had him back four times and he kept in blaming the problem on the ventilation in my basement. I finally called a new heating service to replace it and they found out the problem within 5 minutes. There was a lack of gas pressure coming into the house which caused the hot water heater to function improperly. It was never the hot water heater or my ventilation. Please do your research and read other comments on this plumber.
Took three days for him to put in a utility sink. Then had to call him back twice because one of the pipes he put in leaked. Charges by the minute and spent 20+ minutes trying to sell us on a specific faucet. He is not worth the hassle. Also, plumbers crack showed the whole time and he left it a mess.
Beware of Bradley Plumbing!! He showed up two hours late without a courtesy call, and his reply is that if I want someone on time then I can spend more money and use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I had two issues, a faucet repair and my pressure relief valve on the water heater was leaking. He fixed the faucet (and charged a lot to do so), and told me I need a new water heater because it was old and made in Mexico. Seriously! I had a second opinion and all I needed was a new $15 pressure relief valve. Very unprofessional person with very questionable character. Use this guy at your own risk!!
Terrible experience with Bradley Plumbing in North St. Paul - much more expensive than other plumbers that I have used, created a mess and did not clean up after themselves, got caulk all over my sink basin, wall and sink cabinet, and did additional items that I did not request or authorize and charged me for it. Also kept trying to convince me to do unnecessary work. To add insult to injury, the two sinks they plumbed both leaked and I fixed them myself to avoid having to deal with them again. A zero star rating would be more appropriate, in my personal opinion.
My experience with Bradley Plumbing in North St. Paul is less than satisfactory. I would not recommend them to my friends or family. They over-charged for their work (which was essentially nothing), they were unresponsive to our requests, and were down right threatening when contacted for follow-up.
