I had the main water line break in my yard. It was the weekend in the evening and I attempted to contact several plumbers in the area. Even though they all claim emergency service, Bradley was the only ones to answer my call. They sent out a team first thing in the morning and had my water line fixed in less than 30 minutes. One thing that concerned me was that when I asked how much I owed the guys who fixed my pipe said the office would bill me. I was expecting a large bill but was surprised by a reasonable cost of little more than a hundred dollars. Overall, Bradley provided quick and quality work for a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again.

As a result of repeated negligence over 3 weeks, an unprecedented mold infestation contaminated my home! Specifically, molds routinely measure 30/60 spores/meter according to the testing engineer lab. My home since has tested 39,000 sp/meter. Since Bradley has denied full accountability and has repeatedly failed to provide me and my HO's insurer w/contact info for its liability insurer! Est. final costs: $17K. Brief History: Two Bradley plumbers -- assigned to address a routine sink clog -- broke my home's main water line, flooding my first floor. Damaged was multiple pieces of original arts, oriental and other wool rugs, irreplaceable family memorabilia, antique furniture, HVAC ductwork, etc. A purportedly senior plumber arrived hours after the first two; surveyed the damage including inestimable gallons of water in the nearby HVAC system. And, after claiming they would report to and management would respond that day, I was still begging 8 days later for a response. Bradley's owner and its sr. tech appeared 20 days later; removed the water ind replaced the exposed portion of the damaged ducting. And, multiple times, when asked about the likelihood of mold contaminating my home via the implicated HVAC system, denied this likelihood.
