I would never recommend this business to anyone. I have a house that I'm renting out which was experiencing some plumbing issues so I called Bradley Plumbing and they came out to fix the problem. Needless to say, 2 1/2 hours later and $210 later the plumber never fixed the problem and said that he thought it was the manufacturing of the house. Oh, and he also cut 2 holes in our kitchen cabinet to try to get to the pipe, which it ended up that he never needed to do. After that, the problem got worse so we called a different plumber and they fixed the problem immediately. They found the pipe outside and never needed to cut any cabinets, and they fully fixed the problem so it wasn't a manufacturing problem after all, apparently just a plumber who had no idea what he was doing. We then tried to call the company to try to get our money back since the problem was never fixed and should have been and once again we've been very frustrated with Bradley Plumbing. My husband called 3 weeks ago and the owner never returned his call so I decided to call last week and was once again told that the owner would return my call. Needless to say, he never called me and two days later I left a message saying that if I wasn't called back that day I would find out who I needed to contact to let them know that their company does not fix plumbing issues and has terrible customer service. Finally, he called my husband that afternoon but said he was out of the office and would call back on Monday. Surprise, surprise...we never got a call on Monday, and so I tried calling again today and had to leave a message. I will now be contacting the BBB to let them know about their terrible service/business because they can't seem to resolve this issue.

Awful experience with this company. They left huge ruts in my yard from driving in it, which they then decided to fill with sand. When I called to complain, the owner was callous and a complete asshole to me. Do not use them.

He also goes under the business title of Thomas Electric. The office staff is rude and the owner was worse. After destroying our yard and putting a ton of beach white sand down (which was not agreed on) the owner came to inspect. My wife told him she was not happy with the job he did. His immediate response was, """"Oh Well, Too Bad"""". THEN HE BEGAN TO YELL AT MY WIFE..... """"I'm not a landscaping company, that's your problem, I didnt care"""". When I attempted to intervene he told me told tell my wife to shut up....WHAT??? I finally told him to leave my property before I physically removed him. As he was leaving his final comment was a threat of putting a lean against my property if I didn't pay him. We never mentioned not paying him, we were only asking for one of his crew to come back and help us move the sand they laid. He will be paid but I will scream from every roof top the details of his terrible business and horrible customer service practices. After working all weekend my wife and I were able to rake and shovel the dirt in a way to make the yard presentable again, but what if was our elderly neighbor who couldn't do the work? Would she have to live with his mess or be forced to hire another crew to fix it?
