Do not hire!!! This guy is a crook!! He was called around 8PM for a plumbing emergency. He returned my call in a very nonprofessional manner (not saying the name of his business 2 different times) and said he would come look at the problem for a minimum of """"4-500 dollars"""" When he was asked why it would cost so much, he said it was because it was past his normal working hours which end at 5:30PM. We found him with an internet search for local plumbers for emergencies/ 24 hour service. I asked him how his hourly rate was different after hours compared to the day. He bluntly stated """"It has nothing to do with what I charge by the hour..It only has to do with it being late at night and past my normal working hours. We decided to pass on his services. Another plumbing company was called. For 59 dollars, they came out, diagnosed the problem, and were very professional. They fixed the problem for a total of 139 dollars. We dodged a bullet by nearly hiring Paul Bradley. Protect you money. Don't hire!!!!

I called the Paul Bradley phone number on a Tuesday and left a message requesting assistance. I received a phone call from an """"unknown number"""" an hour or so later but I didn't answer it since it was marked as unknown. After I received a second call from the same number the following day, I answered the call. It was a man named Garrett who said he worked for Paul Bradley Plumbing. We arranged a time for him to come to my house on Friday, just two days from that conversation. Not only did no one show up but no one called to say they wouldn't show up. I called the number back on Monday and no one answered so I texted that number. I have received no call back. I don't think anyone appreciates setting an appointment and then having that appointment broken without a call to cancel or apologize. This behavior represents the poor customer service and broken trust.
