In 1969, Dempsey L. Bradley, then 34 and a father of four, decided to launch his own business. In the year 2000, Bradley Mechanical evolved into a corporation with three founding members. Dempsey L. Bradley, Sr., Gayle G. Bradley, and Dempsey L. (Brad) Bradley, Jr. were the founding members. At this point, Brad took on the management of the business and focused more on residential work. In 2016, upholding Mr. Bradley's original commitment to quality, the company has grown to 28 employees, conducts weekly training, and maintains a strong focus on delivering the best for our clients.

At just 13 years old, Brad started his career in the HVAC field. His enthusiasm for the industry is clear, and he has achieved every certification and master license in the field. Had Brantley for two electrical jobs. External light were added and I had a good experience. Second job was for new outlets added to an enclosed porch. The outlets were installed but had issues with a breaker just before they left the techs reset the breaker and left. Over the next few days this breaker continued to trip. When I called they sent techs quickly and found the problem was arching in the outlet box. The found and fixed it quickly. My complaint, besides the job not being done correctly in the first place, is that no one reached out to me acknowledging that and error was made and apologizing for the error. Mixed feelings on using them again.

Poor craftsmanship, rude workers, way overpriced, nonexistent customer service, tacky commercials, years of problems after installation and expenses to fix their mistakes. No integrity.

I had my unit serviced four months ago from this company. It was all fixed and I even had freon put in. Now thermostat needed to be replaced. I bought a new one but it was the wrong one. They could not put old one back on. Two hours later he had to go to another job. The wires were left hanging and I was charged $284.50 for nothing. Dont go with this company

We have been using Bradley Mechanical for several years. We have always been happy with their service, from scheduling to billing to technician. The quality of work has always been excellent.
We have used them for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. All services have been outstanding.
They are expensive! There are definitely more affordable alternatives out there. If you are on a budget, then Bradley may not be for you. If you want it done right, then Bradley IS for you.

We recently tried another service provider and I think we may be switching. Why? The other provider is notably more affordable, still provides high level of professionalism and quality of service, and has far superior communications than Bradley Mechanical does. Communications is something that has always been a struggle with BM.

Have a burst pipe at my mom's house and have been trying to find a plumber for emergency service. I called the Bradley Mechanical emergency line, and they just hung up on us every time we called.

I can promise you I'll never call them for anything again.

If I could give this company fewer than 1 star, I would. I had an absolutely horrible experience that I hope others can avoid. I also do not like giving negative ratings like this, but in this case I feel it is warranted to save others the headache and time.

Bradley was tasked with installing a gas line for me ahead of getting a fireplace insert installed. It took them 5+ visits to get the line right (this should have been a 1-time job), then we found out the line was installed in the wrong place. When I called the manager of the plumbing department to express my dissatisfaction, he told me ""well, we've lost money by having to send out guys out so many times."" Sir, that is not my problem.

They were incapable, uncaring and expensive. Go anywhere else but here.

They replaced my well water tank. Appointment times were very convenient. Their use of technology (email and text) with appointment confirmation and letting me know that the technician was on the way worked fantastic. They took photos to show me what was done under the house. Wore shoe covers when they came in the house. Both worker's were dressed professionally and demonstrated a pride of company. I feel like I got good value for the price. Highly recommended. I will use them again.

First hot day for a bit. Found out two of my 4 floors were not cooling. Cats were wilting despite open windows. Left message last night after they closed. Connected this morning and they were wonderful. Scheduled me for tomorrow, but they had an opening in the afternoon and offered it to me. The technician, Rafe, was professional and kind and mindful of my two new kittens. More importantly, he made an efficient and quick diagnosis of my problem thoroughly checking both inside unit and the outside. I am so impressed by how helpful he was. It was the end of the day and he took his time to explain things to me in terms that I could understand. He helped me with a plan of action, fixed my cooling issue, and answered all of my questions. My sister-in-law recommended Bradley Mechanical and I tell all of my neighbors these are professionals we can trust to be dependable and honest. The young man today, Rafe, is an excellent example of why I recommend these folks to anyone who asks. I feel fortunate to have them as a resource in this community! Problem fixed; excellent value; quick and reliable.

Have used Bradley Mech. for 10 years. I paid my for my maintenance checks ahead of time. Sometimes I would skip a checkup, but they would always let me use the prepaid credit the next spring or winter. Now I find out that my credits have expired since I never answered their request for maintenance this past spring. I will no longer deal with this company.

Jacob, if you acknowledged that your refrigerant cost ($149 per additional pound) was an error on your end, why didn't you credit my refund by now as of 10/23/2021. You don't need to talk to me. An email would be sufficient.
You didn't really mean to correct your mistakes and still took customer's money for wrong doing. For copper coil replacement, Lennox is using aluminum coil nowadays; the other authorized Lennox dealer told me about this. You are their premiere dealer and your staffs should know about this instead of making me to wait for copper coil part to come in the summer heat. Please be more transparent and have integrity in doing business. Money you took from me won't make you rich; but your bad reputation and not trustworthy will stay in people's mind for a long time.
