A very special thank you to Chris for figuring out why my brand new dryer was giving me an error message. The heat exit valve on the outside of the house was completely taped over with duct tape!!! He worked tirelessly in the heat of the morning to undig and uncover the heating duct. His communication with me throughout the process was superb. I am very pleased with the service I received today from this company. Thank you so much! Highly recommended! :)

Let me start out saying you will not find a more honest company! We hired them to do my mothers house in Antioch. We couldn't have been happier with the work performed. Since we purchased a new home in Mount Juliet and ask that he service our system. He came out done inspection found we need a new compressor as well as recovering of duct under the house. So a few days later his guys came out. We paid and that was that. Few weeks pasted and my husband had to go under the house. He discovered some duct had not been covered correctly. I notified Brandon and he promptly send his crew out again (no charge). Then the following Monday he personally came out apologized, gave me free tune ups for the year and handed me money back! (When does that ever happen?) I was absolutely floored by how much integrity he has. Honest is an understatement. He stated he was extremely sorry his guys did not represent what his company stands for and that he needed to come out and make things right. If you are in limbo about what company to go with rest assure Bradley maintenance is the company. You will not be disappointed or taken advantage of. Stand up guy that stands behind his work as well as his crews work.

My AC went out suddenly on a very hot Friday evening. I called Bradley because I found them thru the list of Authorized Dealers on the Lennox web site. Brandon Bradley said he could come by the next morning, a Saturday, and check on it. Fortunately, the unit only needed a capacitor replaced. He had one on the truck, installed it, and the unit immediately came to life. He checked the refrigerant charge, and it was fine. Outstanding service at a fair price. Appreciate willingness to come out on a weekend. I will definitely use this company for regular maintenance of my system. Highly recommend.

Bradley was the 3rd Heating & Air Company I had come to my home when my heat went out on The Coldest Day Of The Year! The 1st told me I had a bad pressure switch and most likely a cracked heat exchanger, after he left & returned with a new switch, it also did not work and he declared a cracked exchanger the problem & a new unit in order, took the new part back and charged me a service call.
The 2nd that came out climbed up to my attic, looked across at the unit, listened to what I told them about the 1st tech that had looked at it, and then went out to inspect my A/C unit for unit size and let me know they would email me an estimate for a new system.
Brandon Bradley came out, took all my heat unit panels off, inspected the heat exchanger and then looked at the pressure switch, he found the valve itself was clogged, cleared it with a paperclip and HEAT!
Hard working, knowledgeable, HONEST!
It was a pleasure to meet him, and I do recommend you do the same!
