Installed dishwasher, old one was already out.
They did a good job installing as far as I can tell so far, no leaks and clean install. However, they quoted me at $135 for the job and then tried to charge me almost $700 dollars when done only 2.5 hours later. They reduced that amount when I complained to $575 but still I will never use Bradbury again. I understand paying for good work but this was unethical billing.
Cheryl K.Called for service, had water back up in my laundry room. I knew from past experience I needed my main drain rodded out. Normally we would rent a machine and do it ourselves but my husband has been ill and was not up to the task. I have received fabulous service from Bradbury in the past so I gave them a call, was given a price of $450, considerably higher than expected, but was in a bind. Called on Wednesday they could not get out until Friday. Tech came in, looked at the situation and said I needed my septic pumped, I know this was not the case as I was just pumped on 9/18/24 and it's a two person household so not a lot of waste going out. Charged $221.45 for a service call.
Next I called the pumping service and set up a pump for $300. Guy that came out remembered being here to pump and looking at everything said the tank was fine, said the pipe needed to be rodded, he called his company and a rodding tech who was on sight in less than an hour, sent 60' of rodding through the pipe and problem was solved, charged $185
Mind you I have used Bradbury on multiple jobs, most recently in December? Had them out to switch out a water heater, cost $1400. I have never been given a break down I fees from Bradbury ever, turns out a service call even if the don't do anything is $135, credit card processing fees also charged to the customer.
Called on Friday to see about getting my service fee back since the tech didn't do anything, gave me false information about pumping the tank and I felt the $221.45 was not justified, called and was told by the CS she would call me back, she needed to speak with the tech, never called back. On Monday called again was asked to send a picture of my receipt from the other company which I promptly did she sent voicemail and email that she would get back to me. Late Tuesday still had not heard anything, Gina who I had talked to on Tuesday and had just gotten in and was busy, so started the whole process over with a new rep, originally said she would drop the charge to$135, this was unacceptable because he didn't due any work, after bickering back and fourth I was told I would he a refund, only got back $215, was told difference in refund was the credit card processing charges they pay, petty on their part but I just let it go, I have bigger problems to deal with.
I am sad this happened, I trusted this company because if their stellar service in the past, but because of this incident I am left wondering how much I was overcharged in the past and that for a lousy $6.45 charge they are willing to lose a customer that up until now would recommend them to everyone. Used them for a well pump, furnace and hot water heater and service was always exceptional, this time not so much, confidence lost, very sad
Our hot water heater went out. Thankfully it was under warranty . AO. Smith supplies the Tank. the installer was awesome. Bradbury charged $800.00 for the Hour and a half installation. Will never call them for anything. Last time we had a tank installed was about 6 years ago by Eich's his installation was $99.00 . Such huge increase.
not good job they come do heating they mess up my a/c please don't let them do any work they price is hight and not responsibility at all they Lia to they tell stories that never happens
Jim M.Over 3000$ to replace a well pump. This greedy outfit will try to take you to the cleaners. Many other reasonable options. Avoid!Turns out I didnt even need a new pump 240$ to diagnose a problem that didnt exist. What a joke of a buisness!
Clark E.Cannot comment on quality of work. Hear it's good. My comment relates to customer relations... They were kind enough to give me a bid for a generator and I was unkind I guess because I did not respond... A year after the bid I expressed an interest to finalize a purchase, but now I do not get phone calls returned... That is absolutely their right ... just wish I had known the rules up front - "" if we don't hear from you, we will never do business with you in future.
Christopher T.First off, this company did some plumbing for me and did a fantastic job so I thought I had a keeper. Call them to get my AC tuned up. They come out on time. Needed a new capacitor. No biggy. They didn't have one on the truck so I scheduled another appt. Then they called to push me out an entire week the day of the appt. So then I asked for a price. They couldn't produce one. Called them the following day for a price and was told 425.00. The capacitor costs between 20-40 bucks and takes every bit of 5 minutes to install. Buyer beware. Absolutely ridiculous. I am all about shopping local and keeping places like this fed with business but don't do me dirty like that as a thank you. Never again. If this is how they treat repeat customers, the customer Loyalty must not run to deep. Get better Bradbury.
Andrew S.I live in a retirement community and sprung a bad leak under my home. Called a few plumbers and they were too busy to give me a time that they could get here to fix the leak. I called Bradbury Plumbing and they could not have been nicer and more concerned with my problem. They managed to get two people out to my house late in the day. I believe it was a man named Greg and a lady named Alyssa. Alyssa crawled under the house and found the leak. She even took a picture so I could see the problem. They got the water shut off so no more damage could be done, but it was too late to actually fix the problem. I was told they would have a crew come out in the morning to do the repairs. And sure enough around 8am they were here. It was Greg and a plumber named Nick. Nick shook my hand and said he would get this taken care of. The leak was fixed and I held my breath while they were figuring the bill, but it was very reasonable... This is a company that really cares and do excellent work at a very fair price... I will always use Bradbury for any plumbing issues I have. A. Stewart
Kalli S.Bradbury Heating and cooling company is freaking GARBAGE! It has been FOUR god damns days that my toilet is COMPLETELY unusable. And all I keep getting from them is ""we will try to be out today"" YOU ARE NOT TRYING HARD ENOUGH! I am NOT one who complains and is disrespectful to customer service. But the woman I have been speaking with for DAYS now, has annoyance in her voice, as if she is annoyed with me calling every day for somebody to come and help us. I'm so close to blowing up. I understand if your company is busy, but within the last four days they should have had time to put me on their schedule because this is important, and yet they do not care.
We had a blocked drain. Husband tried to open it but determined that the problem was too big for him to handle because he didn't have the right tools. He called Bradbury Plumbing. Jeff came and immediately started working to unblock our pipes. The problem was not as simple as first thought but Jeff knew exactly what to do. Very impressed with Jeff's work. Jeff & his helper Daven handled themselves in a very professional, courteous and respectful manner. We are more then pleased with the same day service that we received. Highly recommend Bradbury Plumbing.
