But your phone people call away too much set up appointments. Honestly, send a text instead but please stop calling so much. It's almost worth switching to stop the calls from happening.

I was looking to establish a relationship with a new HVAC company as my current provider is retiring in the near future. I decided to give Bradbury Bothers a chance by using their "$69 Annual Tuneup Special". My current A/C is 3 years old and has performed without issue since installed. The Heater portion is original and 20 years old but has performed without issue as well.
The technician was very professional and seemed knowledgeable of his craft. His evaluation noted that the A/C condenser needed minor cleaning & the Heater Blower Motor needed a Major cleaning. He quoted $380 for the A/C Condenser cleaning & $820 for the Blower Motor cleaning. I reluctantly agreed & accept full responsibility for my POOR decision. Both jobs including the initial inspection totaled 6 hours which equates to $200 AN HOUR FOR LABOR, as no parts were needed.
His report noted that the A/C was in excellent condition & functioning properly. Within 36 hours the 3 year old A/C Condenser, that had never had an issue, quit running. I reported the issue & the dispatcher informed me that it would be an ADDITIONAL $99 for a Service Tech to come back out.
A different Service Tech came out and determined that the "Capacitor", on the Compressor, that was just unassembled and cleaned, had gone out and it would cost $300 to replace. He then offered an upgraded capacitor with a "Soft Start" to eliminate surging for $750.
At that point I called my previous HVAC Provider. He came out and replaced the capacitor for $175. When I informed him of the cost for the cleanings, he just laughed and shook his head. LESSON LEARNED.
After the initial visit I received a phone call from Bradbury Brothers to rate my experience. When the young lady asked if I would use them again, I replied not without comparison shopping of fees & pricing. Her response was "You don't get the best service for the lowest price" and she proceeded to trash talk all other HVAC companies. Pretty arrogant response on her part. As a retired Quality Assurance / Customer Service Manager for a Fortune 500 company the past 35 years, I can say trashing your competition is never the proper response. Your customer service should speak for itself & Bradbury Brother's has..........

They overpromise and under deliver! Waste of money and I am canceling my membership. I was supposed to have scheduled maintenance and they called in the evening, after not showing up and making me wait all day, to say they needed to reschedule. They did NOT show on the day they rescheduled for either. The customer service ladies were not helpful. They can schedule another day and sound clueless and uninterested. Perhaps they put all the effort into getting new customers when something breaks but ongoing customer service is terrible!

I had them install two ceiling fans, one wall remote and one hand held remote. They did not check to see if the frequencies in the two rooms were different. They were the same and the wall switched turned on off both fans and lights and the hand held also turned off both fans and lights. When I called them to fix their error, they wanted another $221 to come out. They did not warranty their work. I will never use them again. Its a shame they are located only 2 miles from my house.

When we at the Woodlands we replaced two A/C units by Bradbury, very satisfied. We moved to Ridge Lake shore, Montgomery, we need
Two A/C unit, of course Bradbury did it again, it took two days to finish, this big company is the best private owned.
A 5 star company to service our community. We signed up the programs for routine heating/ cooling check ups. Ernest
always have done a good job. Once you hired Bradbury no worry and enjoy life.

Ridiculous pricing. Stay away. Quoted 5x the cost of other local HVAC company's. Vary dishonest pricing.

Blake showed up on time to do our semi-annual maintenance on our HVAC system. He was polite, well-mannered, and explained everything to us in detail as to what was required to keep our system in good shape. When we declined one of his recommendations, there was no pressured sales pitch to change our minds.

I worked with Bradbury brothers and have a very difficult situation with my AC condenser. They came out to do a diagnostic and determined it was the fan motor causing the issue so I told them to replace it. Then the very next day it was still making a loud banging noise so I called again and they said they would have to charge me to come back out to do another diagnostic on the issue that they were supposed to come out and originally fix. Finally a manager came out at no charge and couldn't find issue and so they sent the senior tech out who also could not find the issue. Tge senior tech was very nice and professional but could not find the issue. Then a week later my AC was completely not working so after four tries I gave up on the company in Carnada company elite comfort services. They came out right away and fix the issue went in a matter of minutes and didn't even charge because it was such as easy fix. I called the Bradberry brothers to see if they had any documentation that the fan wasn't working properly or anything to justify replacing the fan. They said they didn't and they wouldn't reimburse me my money. I definitely would look else where if your in need of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC services.

We use BB for electrical, plumbing and A/C needs. Blake came today to do a/c tuneup and was polite, considerate, and told us exactly what he'd be testing, etc. Brought some things to our attention that past companies/techs have never mentioned to help our system run more efficiently. We will continue to use this company and highly recommend them! Customer service is also top notch at scheduling, reminders, communication.
