Brad Rodgers Plumbing has completed three big plumbing jobs for my mom over the past year, and these guys are the best! They have the equipment and expertise that helps to locate the issue, and they do the repairs in the most efficient and proper way. I really appreciate that Brad and the plumbers who work for him take the time to explain what the issue is and what repair they will be doing in a way that is easy to understand. They are true professionals. They are honest, courteous, show up on time, are hard workers, clean up when they are done for the day, and are fair in their prices. We moved back to this area a year ago, and I've dealt with a couple of other plumbers, but this company will be who I call anytime I have any plumbing issues in the future. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Had a sewer emergency on returning from vacation; holiday weekend (of course). 2 other plumbing companies were contacted but didn't even return our call in over 18 hours. Mr. Rodgers was contacted early Sunday morning after reading online reviews, and the problem was fixed well before lunch - not just our call returned, but the problem actually fixed! Extremely courteous and professional. Fair price for what he had to do as an emergency and how quickly he responded on a Sunday of a holiday weekend. Highly recommended.

Brad Rodgers fixed a broken sewer line pipe at a house in Jackson for us a few months ago. They were the best price and installed a clean out which was missing. They recommended a double clean out so that clogs could be taken care of easily in both directions - to house and to street. They even came back out when there was a concern about the height of the top of the clean out and redid it as we had originally requested. I appreciate it when a company owns up to something not done to the standard of the homeowner and makes it right. This is so so rare. Everyone was very polite at office and on job site. We will call them again for sure!
