Brad is professional, experienced responsive, and reasonable. I found him off a Google search after my house flooded due to an old corroded valve failing. He answered the phone after hours and turned to early the next morning to replace the bad valve and frozen main shut off. He's subsequently done other upgrades that have turned out great. This is a second 5 Star review for Brad Roach Plumbing - we have now called him out to fix various problems since the first review - as always he is quick to respond and works very hard to fix a problem - the latest was regarding French drains to drain some of the property - he is one patient and persistent fellow for sure - even outdoors in the rain and cold !!

I contacted Brad for a clog during the recent storm we just had. He responded right away. He gave me an estimate and then needed to return later. After an hour he returned. He spent hours trying to snake my drain. Then walking around the end of my driveway and in front of my neighbors, even behind my neighbors house. After what seemed like hours, he stated that he was unable to clear my clog because his snake was not long enough (it was like 75 feet long). He still requested half of the original, agreed upon, amount after me stating that I had to pay for another plumber. Not only did he not clear my blockage, he left waste and toilet paper all over my back sidewalk and even tracked waste in my driveway. I understand him not being able to fix my problem but the fact that he was so careless and not even attempted to clean up after himself was inexcusable. Imagine my suprise when the new company responded the next morning and within 5 minutes, they cleared the clog. They also inserted a camera and found an issue with my pipe that would cause reoccurring clogs and it was only about 10 feet from my drain. Brad needs to update his equipment and care a little more for people property. I didn't like paying twice for a plumber.

Brad was just great, from showing up exactly on time, to performing a perfect clean up in the area he was working. He was courteous, punctual and explained was was going on with the plumbling back up in the bathroom. His price was reasonable and sent out an invoice to my email a few minutes after he completed the work. He will be our guy for all our plumbing needs in the future.
