My toilet wasn't flushing properly so I call Brad. Brad was punctual and honest. He came out to take a look and found that it was the sewer lines backing up for the entire building. Since this was an HOA issue, it could not be fixed due to HOA rules that the homeowner cannot fix or repair something that is HOA's responsibility so I put in a work order and referred him to the Management Company in hopes that they will hire him for the job. I would recommend Brad to anyone.

Thank you Blake and Beau. Had a botched garbage disposal install that resulted in leaks everywhere. They came the same afternoon and rebuilt the the pipes for the drains and did a great job. Voila!! no leaks. Efficient, courteous, tidy and efficient. Hire them again in a heartbeat.

Brad was punctual and did an amazing job on two of my faucets. I had very little pressure caused by hard water and he quickly fixed both of them in a timely matter. Thank you Brad!

Prompt response. Plumber made the suggestion to purchase a faucet replacement ahead of time, which was a good idea. We could pick what we wanted and reduce the amount of the plumber's time we were charged for. We were very happy with the work that was done.

Way too expensive, almost $ 300 for simple pipe draining, 20 minute job. Fellow had quoted $ 150 for the first hour on the phone but then added machinery cost and chemicals. Big rip off.

The cost for parts were high I thought and while it took 4 hours from start to finish he was gone for an hour to go get parts. Don't understand why I was charged for that. He did a good job though. It was just expensive.

After having a one star experience with another plumber yesterday, I did some Yelp searching and found Brad B...and I am so glad I did! Brad was responsive, straightforward and transparent with his pricing, did an excellent job replacing two shutoff valves and my kitchen faucet, and did all of this for half the price I was quoted yesterday. Definitely a breath of fresh air, I'll be working with him again and I highly recommend his services.
