Brad did a great job at replacing a faucet that had broke! I would recommended his services to everyone!

Great service with a fast response and courteous folks. They were up front with the expectations and fixed our leaky sink in no time. Would hire them again!

Brad answered his phone right away when I called to inquire about his services. When he came to my house, he was very prompt, wore a mask and went right to work on the projects we had discussed on the phone. He loosened a hose I had been unable to disconnect from the spicket and then skillfully replaced a bathroom sink drain. He did both of these things in less than 30 minutes. He also asked if there were any other plumbing projects I needed him to do. The reason I only gave Brad 4 stars is that I would have liked my experience with his business better if he would have been more willing to converse with me while he was working at my home.

Waste water flow slow after ice storm. Called several plumbers. They couldn't get to me until end of next week at the earliest. When toilet backed up, I looked up plumbers on the internet and called Brad B Plumbing. Brad came out that day, found the clog, and had my waste water flowing in about an hour. I was thrilled he was able to fix my problem so quickly, especially in the aftermath of the big ice storm! Will definitely use him for all plumbing issues in the future! Thank you Brad!

A very rude person, I called to ask for a quote and he quote me something with a huge range. I then asked if he could come by when ever he was in my part of the town and he started going on about how he would loose business if he did that. OMG, i was just asking as I wanted a quote, if the range was in few hundred $$ i was even fine but said it all depends on what have to replaced. I would stay away from people like this. He needs to tone himself down and be at least less rude to win new business. He could be a one man show and I understand he can't drive all around town but working with your customer as I was very flexible and he was point blank rude. Watch out if you are a new customer.

The owner was very rude when I called for an estimate. He said he didn't come out and give estimates. He gave me an average price & wasn't willing to answer any questions.

Brad B Plumbing was on time, fixed the issue (Thank you!) and saved us $ by suggesting I get a part ahead of time, and I really, really appreciate working with an individual.
The only feedback I have is:
1. It would have been appreciated to have received a phone call (or text) to confirm the appointment the day of the appointment. I didn't realize Brad's phone doesn't accept texts (he informed me after the job) - I sent a text asking to confirm and request that he'd wear a face mask.
2. It would have been appreciated had he worn a face mask.
Though I had asked my parents to be away from the house while he was there (and he knew this), he did not show up with a face mask and worked about an hour in the kitchen without a mask on. Looking back, I will now specifically request this. The only reason I knew this is I was checking our ring camera to make sure my parents had left the house. I assumed since the front yelp page for his business states: "Health & Safety Measures: From the business: +Staff wears masks..." I wouldn't need to worry.

My Response to owner's response:
-I appreciate the concern for not calling too early, but I also didn't receive a call when you were finished. I called to verify why I didn't hear back by text (or call). I did receive an email invoice and receipt. Again, I appreciate the work and fixing the issue.
-As far as Covid-19 is concerned: This is straight from the CDC's website: "People who are infected but do not show symptoms can also spread the virus to others."

Same day service! I contavted Brad B plumbing this morning to replace a faucet in my hall bath. Brad called when he on his way, came on time, wore a mask, and took care of my faucet quickly and expertly. I recommend this company whole-heartedly.

I have used Brad a few times. The first time I was just happy that he showed up and was actually on time. What a low bar, but having had to work with people in the service repair industry this was a big deal to me. The last time I had him come out was a big job. Installing 4 toilets. He quoted my husband that it would cost $125 per toilet. As you can see by the bill, he replaced every part imaginable with an upgraded part. What is ridiculous is the price he charged. Caulking runs about $1-$4 a tube at Lowe's. He charged me for 2 tubes to caulk 4 toilets at $11 each! My toilets were complete kits from Lowe's. Everything needed to install them was included from hardware to the wax ring. He did not ask me, but used his own parts off his truck which were brass. He even replaced the silver water line that existed and didn't need replacing. It was another part at a premium price. I was shocked to see the $1625 bill for what should have been $700 at the very most. I resent that he replaced working parts with his parts without asking and then charged a premium that is not even close to reasonable. It is like putting Porche parts on a Chevy. Do toilets need all brass hardware? No. But this guy will put them in without asking and then shove a ridiculous bill at you. It is literally like flushing money down the toilet! Bottom line, get a written quote from any service repairman and make them stick to it. I was taken advantage of because I did not do that.

We needed a garbage disposal installed. It cost $230.83 to do it. We provided the disposal unit and additional accessories.
$115.00 /per hr labor
$122.00 / parts
If you didn't provide your own disposal unit I would expect the bill to be around $350-$450.
Listed below is the itemized receipt.
I would recommend Brad to anyone looking for Plumbing Services.
