Way too expensive, almost $ 300 for simple pipe draining, 20 minute job. Fellow had quoted $ 150 for the first hour on the phone but then added machinery cost and chemicals. Big rip off.

The cost for parts were high I thought and while it took 4 hours from start to finish he was gone for an hour to go get parts. Don't understand why I was charged for that. He did a good job though. It was just expensive.

After having a one star experience with another plumber yesterday, I did some Yelp searching and found Brad B...and I am so glad I did! Brad was responsive, straightforward and transparent with his pricing, did an excellent job replacing two shutoff valves and my kitchen faucet, and did all of this for half the price I was quoted yesterday. Definitely a breath of fresh air, I'll be working with him again and I highly recommend his services.

In the last 5 years we have used Brad B Plumbing 3 times. His service has always been excellent. He always found time to respond to our calls in a very short time and completed the jobs with best results: Fixing a leaking toilet, replacing another toilet, replacing a trash disposal unit, replacing a broken faucet, fixing the cartridge of a low pressure shower. Just wanted a quote for a simple repair. Was even able to provide a similar part number. Brad was straight up rude, which even he acknowledged by apologizing. More power to him if he's able to stay busy with his demeanor. But if you have 25+ years of experience, you should be able to estimate something off the top of your head, especially if it's something small between $300-$600. That all being said, I read his reviews and would probably still work him in the future.

Our toilet smelled so we looked around on Yelp and Brad appeared to be the best. He ended up fixing the smell issue, but the following day to now the toilet itself now isn't functional. We called him the following day to tell him and he said it worked via his tests and he doesn't warranty it nor does he need to come back. We're currently looking for a new plumber to come fix the toilet that we just paid 1k+ to get fixed.

We needed two old toilets replaced and Brad's remove/replace estimate was $230 lower than the big companies. When he got into it there were serious problems with the old flanges. We were very fortunate to have a master plumber on the job because the technicians the other companies have would not have been able to do this. If you want it done right and honest then we would highly recommend Brad B. Plumbing.
