We've had Brad B out 3 times and he's been prompt, courteous, and - most importantly - effective in solving our the various plumbing issues. Today, he came out on a holiday - we developed a sudden and *major* water leak yesterday, that required the water to be turned off. He couldn't do this particular job, as it would involve going under the house and he is a one-man operation. It turns out that, quite rightly, OSHA requires a crew of at least 2 when anyone is going under a house, as it is potentially dangerous (venomous spiders, anyone?) He gave me a referral and went on his way, didn't charge for the call. I will be calling him again for our more typical plumbing needs.

Recently used Brad to fix a very old leaking shower. He replaced parts that were worn out and not working. He drove the distance gladly and was a pleasure to work with. It is so hard in Austin to find a talented AVAILABLE plumber who KNOWS what to do, goes to get what he needs and ends up doing a skillful job that stands up to use year after year. I highly recommend him! I won't hire anyone else!

Used Brad for the first time recently and it won't be the last. Installed new kitchen faucet set, cold and hot water shut offs, and lines in about an hour leaving the kitchen as clean as he found it. Brad won't waste your time or money.
