Bill and his helper came out on the holiday weekend when I had no hot water for 2 days. He told me on the phone that he might not be able to get necessary parts due to the holiday, but offered to come out anyway to see if he could fix it. Of course, that was not the case, so he will come by tomorrow am and fix it completely. Since my water heater is outside my home, I don't even need to take a day off work. I have used Bracy for over 40 years and wouldn't trust my plumbing car to anyone else.

Bracy plumbing is the best. Gordon and Bill have helped my family for years and always provide high quality, excellent service. They always are fast to provide any plumbing services that we need and at a fair, honest price. They have a great team and have earned our trust for many years. I highly recommend them for any plumbing project or plumbing maintenance, especially since I know they will do a fantastic job every time.

If you enjoy being reprimanded and talked down to this is your plumber. Had a garbage disposal that was constantly backing up. Bracys solution was don't use it throw everything in the trash. A different plumber found the real issue and followed the pipe outside to the garage where it was backed up.

Bill, their plumber is a pretty good repairman. Shows up on time, takes care of the problem in a timely manner and clean. Their customer service i.e. taking messages, returning calls and especially the owner customer service skill SUCK - REALLY GOING DOWN THE DRAIN. They take messages but never respond, you have to call them several times before they give you an appointment and Gordon Bracy (the owner) is unspeakably rude. I bought my kitchen faucet, Bill installed it but when the spout got stuck a few days later and called them to come back to look at it Gordon wanted to charge for the new visit saying there is NO LABOR WARRANTY and it must be my fault buying the defective faucet. He just KNEW it by not even looking at it. Eventually I fixed the faucet by getting a monkey wrench and loosening it up a little bit. That is all what needed to be done. The owner seems to be really hungry for money and not even trying to hide it. The tone he used is probably mainly reserved for women - I can not imagine him talking to a man like he talked down to me being a woman. I live in an apartment so it is my owner's decision to use this plumber but if it was up to me I would NEVER call this company just because of their RUDE, GREEDY AND INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I had a toilet leak this morning and it was pretty severe. The water penetrated through my floor and I needed it fix right away. I called a couple plumbers before. One was fully book and the other was pretty prideful. I am lucky to get Bracy because the owner pick up the call right away and he promised to be here in 1 hour or 1.5 hour. The most wonderful thing is the owner came to fix it and he came on time even though he was short handed. My toilet was fix by 11am and it save my day. Thank you.

I am giving Bracy Plumbing a low score due to several issues. We had a leak in the pipe in the concrete floor of our house. Right after fixing one particular pipe, there was another leak in another pipe, which they fixed, then another. Then right after that, there was no water to the sprinkler system and they said the handle to the sprinkler water valve was broken off! It is hard to believe it is coincidental. Also, they made an estimate to reroute all the fixtures in the house to above ground. This estimate was in writing, but they come back and say that they did not see the center island sink in the kitchen; they could not reroute that because their is no wall next to it. It does not say much for their work saying they missed it. In addition, they said they also missed the sink in the bar area!

Another problem area is it is difficult to understand the owner on the phone, and he is not responsive to emails sent to him.

I've used Bracy's several times for main line stoppage issues with good results at a fair price. They took care of a overflow valve issue with a simple and cost effective fix. The main plumber on the jobs is a straight shooter without any BS, which I really appreciate. Doesn't leave you with the feeling that you had to pay a surcharge for driving ""up the hill"".

If there is rating of zero star, I would have chosen it. The two other reviewers, I trusted your review to give this guy a try. Gordon Bracy, what a maniac!

He did everything you were taught not to do to treat your customer. He delayed the project for over three weeks, yelled at me on the phone, pushing me to pay him before the work is done... You name it, he did it all.

I know I have to pay after all, just wish I did not need to pay for such a jerk.

I am very disappointed by Gordon Bracy's service.

Update: All the communication before the update was through the phone. I finally got to meet him in person this morning at 6:30am. You know what? In person, he is just an old man who has strong opinions on explaining things. Not that much of a jerk I thought he was on the phone. I am changing the review from one start to four start just for his effort of overcoming all his personal challenges during the three week of delaying my project. Overall, if he communicated better on the phone, I wouldn't have been so mad and frustrated for so long. Wasn't necessary after all.

BTW, I just created another plumbing project to continue working with him. Full disclosure. Thanks!

I have had excellent luck as a homeowner until recently. I've had two separate leaks in my house in the two months; nothing major but still, something I couldn't repair myself.

I called Bracy's plumbing and Bill fixed them in no time flat. Not only were the rates exceptional but the work was done competently and quickly. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
