We had Brackett install a Generac generator for my mother-in-law's house. It was not an easy project since the gas meter was at one end of the house and the electric was at the other end of the house. They did an EXCELLENT job on the project and a very reasonable price. They were professional to work with on the project and completed it quickly. We are all very pleased that we chose Brackett for this project and would use them again without hesitation.

I finally called to have our AC looked at. It had been down for four days. My wife was being a trooper, but I just know I was pressing my luck. I called Brackett due to their reviews and availability. The customer service was amazing! I don't remember the last time I was called sir. They were at my house within 20 minutes, even though it there was a special weather statement for heat. Devyn showed up and knew exactly what was wrong before he even looked at the unit. I steered him to the wrong unit ( we have two because it's an old house) which threw him off for just a minute. He was able to get past my ignorance and get our house cooled down before my wife got home! He requested his coworker Beau to take a look at the house as a whole. As expected, we need more work done. Beau is assisting us in the best possible way to get our house where it needs to be without making us go broke. Was the price good? I'm 61, so if it's over $100 I'm stunned, so figure that out yourself. We're they knowledgeable and have great customer service? Heck yeah. I'm freaking dog that likes no one even thought so! Dogs know.

I've used Brackett for almost 30 hrs now and they have put systems in a few of the homes I've owned over the years. They are by far the most trustworthy heating and air company, with reasonable prices. They are very professional and went out of their way to get my new install completed that day. We've used Brackett to service our furnace/ac for several years now. We really appreciate their front office staff that are always quick to help with a question or scheduling issues. The service techs are timely, efficient and so friendly. I appreciate that they take the time to answer my questions and explain any issues that arise. Today was no exception. Saw I had an error message on our thermostat which indicated furnace wasn't working. I called the office at 2:30 and at 3:00 Dave the service tech, was at the door. He quickly fixed the issue and did our semi annual cleaning and furnace check while he was here. (Highly recommend the service contract!) This kind of service is rare in this day and age.

I called Brackett; James, the service tech, was at my house within an hour. Very professional and personable; he fixed the problem and explained what was wrong. They are very reasonable with rates - my new go to for all things heating and air.
