When I had a leak in my water heater, I called Bracken plumbing and they were able to repair the issue within two days due to their busy schedule .
Two people replaced the water heater pump within two hours. A couple other places I called charged outrageous prices, but Bracken's price was quite reasonable. They were found in my church bulletin and I will use them again in the future.

Excellent plumbing company. We have used them twice and they have always been very responsive. Their prices are quite reasonable. They know what they are doing and are very considerate as they go about the job. We were very happy each time we used them and will definitely being calling again with the situation arises.

Bracken Plumbing is my ONLY Plumbing Company I will Ever use, They Have the best and honest Plumbers employed Joe and Rodney are the greatest Plumbers. They are punctual and VERY courteous, This company has done an extensive amount on Pluming Repair in and under my house. I have had allot of bad experiences with the other Plumbing Company's in San Antonio. I work In the Maintenance field and I know how things should be repaired. There repairs are done correctly the first time. JOB WELL DONE

The estimate was to connect a sink w/cabinet to the wall that didn't properly with the previous sink plus different pipe dimensions.

Joe and Brandon called ahead to meet. They were punctual and courteous. After evaluating the situation, Joe provided the worst-case scenario estimate (90 minutes or more). He was able to use a couple parts from the previous sink, but we did need a new p-trap and the back of the cabinet hole had to be expanded due to being off set. They were in/out in 1 hr. The cost was the $115 service call + $8 for parts. Before leaving, they shined a light while running water to check for leaks and ensure proper fitting and cleaned up for showroom ready.

Well Done! Isolated the problem and fixed it. PVR. I called several places and all the others quoted at least double that Bracken Plumbing quoted. They were also out the next day to correct a non-emergency issue. If I have a plumbing problem, I will call them again.

This is the worst company I have seen in the San Antonio area. I had my appt. set for Friday LAST WEEK, it is now Thursday of the following week and they have not showed up. We used this company faithfully in the past, I am not sure what happened to this company now but I would avoid them like the plague. If I could give them 0 stars I would. This has been the worst customer service/experience I have ever had with a company. If they continue to treat customers like this they will not be in business much longer.

Very impressed with the work done and for a great price. We had another company quote us $400 to install a faucet and the disposal. Bracken completed the job in less than an hour for about $120. Professional and reasonably priced.
