Recommended Customer Reviews

Just like someone else who posted a review, I should have read the previous reviews and found someone else. I was charged for seven hours of labor to fix a broken sprinkler cut off valve. Yes, he did have to dig out the hole to uncover the pipe well enough to fix it, but I paid for his two trips to get the right parts (at least two hours) and the reason he had to go the second time was to find a part to fix the existing system that he broke. Nothing very sophisticated about the sprinkler system. You would think they would carry enough parts to fix plumbing jobs. You would also think he would bring a shovel to dig the hole more quickly. His trowel wasn't up to the task. When I talked to the supervisor it became apparent, this company cares much more about charging as much as they can and not about customer service.

In fixing a problem in the kitchen, they cut off out water spout outside. When told, they didn't care enough to call back. This was for a 90 year old woman.

My bad that i didn't check more of their reviews. Just went on their advertise and BBB rating. Plumber was supposed to arrive late morning, after his first stop. At 2:30 I was just about to call when he called and said he was on his way. A little customer service to let me know he was running late would have been nice. When he did show up, he did not have the correct info about what I needed, which was to fix a slow draining toilet. He said he could snake it but it would trash my toilet, and if it wasn't the toilet then i'd have to get a rooter service since they don't do that. Really? Can't fix a slow toilet? I also needed to have an outside faucet replaced. 2 hours, a trip to the hardware store, a disassembled water meter and $270 later, i had my faucet. Stay away from time and material pricing, they have no incentive to work quickly or efficiently.

The plumber sent to replace my garbage disposal needed to be better trained in electrical work so he could have completed his job without me having to call in an electrician after he left. The final wiring wasn't unusual or requiring additional circuits or wiring that wasn't already there. Even though the plumber didn't understand how they had originally wired it, it could have been completed by someone with a little more experience in my opinion. And I would expect someone working on a disposal to have that type of training. Not saying he didn't try, he did and sparks flew. Saying you need to get him trained to where he can recognize and wire a disposal whether he finds something he's not used to or not. The electrician I hired cut the power, took the existing wires and attached them to where you would expect, turned the power back on and I was in business.
