Brent P. Wilson, the owner of BPW Heating and Cooling is a very efficient, knowledgeable, and an outstanding professional. I had water next to the AC seeping into the carpets on a Saturday evening. I called five companies and only one returned my call. Brent was willing to come that evening after we returned from a concert, needless to say we were overwhelmed with his offer and told him Sunday morning was fine.

Brent came as he promised, and he tried blowing out blockage which he determined was not the problem. He diagnosed that our pan had rotted out ( which may explain why I heard a clanging metal sound when it was turned on. ), and we would need a new Heating and Cooling system. Knowing that we had never changed the furnace and we've lived here for 35 years, it was time to update and replaced everything. He replaced coils, new gas flex, and gas cock. A new pig tail for the electrical. New thermostat, a new Copper line to both coil and condenser outside. A new AC with pad and put a new flex for return air in the attic.
He came Monday, bright and early with his assistant, Christian, and they were always patient, courteous and diligent in taking out the old furnace and completing the whole project in one day. The energy and efficiency was evident all day and I was so happy to hear a quieter, cool air flowing through the rooms and in 15 minutes the temperature went down 8 degrees. They were always neat and cleaned up beautifully. I had a furnace installed at my father's home so I was expecting a large bill, but Brent truly gave us an amazing,great estimate and final bill. I truly felt so blessed finding BPW Heating and Cooling. Brent is a wonderful individual and I know his business will grow and have a following because in his own words he said, ""I like helping people"" and I'm so grateful to him.

We called Brent three weeks ago in August during a hot-spell at 3:00p and expected voicemail and a long wait. Not so. He picked up the phone, asked where we lived and said he could be there this evening, so we set a 7:00p time. He and his helper were early.

We also expected a $2,500 repair with a story, ""the whole AC unit needs replacing."" Again, not so. It was a condenser, which cost 1/10 of our expected price and we were back cooling off our delicate kids in under an hour.

Bottom line: Fast, honest and cost-effective. He deserves the solid five-star rating.

Brent saved us. We were in a terrible mess with a sewage leak. Furnace ducting had to be removed ASAP so clean up and restoration could continue. Amazing customer service. Brent and Chris are completely straight shooters. They call balls and strikes! In other words, they will tell you what's wrong and will not conjure up any unnecessary services and waste your time. I called them today on a Saturday. It was raging hot outside. Another company I hired to look at and install my thermostat missed some of the wires so the fan was not operating; consequently causing a leak. The tech said I should call an ""expert"" which I thought I already did when I hired his company.

I looked around Yelp and called over 10 different places. Some didn't even pick up and the other ones said the job was ""complicated.""

In comes Brent and Chris to the rescue! I called and they take the call. They were nice and extremely helpful in the phone and best of all, showed up when they said they would.

It takes them less than half an hour to diagnose the issue and fix it. They knew their stuff and explained everything in simplified terms so I could understand. Do not call anyone else if you have any Hvac issues. Call these guys!

Brent and Pat were awesome and really informative!They both came to my place after work hours which was awesome since I work 8-5 every day. They arrived to my place right on time, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem, educated me on how to not have any future problems and were on their way. Im really happy and excited to write this review. I had a leak that broke out 2 days prior. I called 4 other companies all 5 stars. But they were all booked and couldn't come for at least 3 days. Called BPW got a voicemail as they were busy as im sure. About 3 min later they call me back. I explained the problem and they ask me what time Im available??? Oh wow! I said now?? and they said we can be right over!! What??? I thought they were kidding. 20min later they were here. They took care of my issue and even redid some piping at no charge.. gave me some maintenance advise and were quick to resolve the issue. These guys are professional, honest, clean, and make time for their customers. Even new ones for life like me. If you have not tried BPW, don't waste your time and money looking and hoping you get your A.C. Back in shape. Call BPW and have these hard working guys take care of all your heating and cooling needs. Thanks Brent!!! Im a customer for life!!

I contacted several companies regarding an issue with my A/C, which was caused by the improper install of a new smart thermostat (popular home alarm system provider). BPW quickly replied via DM, later contacting me via telephone. During the phone call we discussed the issue, which he offered to help me resolve over the phone, FREE of charge! Figured out that the issue was a bit more complicated than initially thought.

BPW advised me they could respond and showed up promptly, in professional attire. The two technicians discovered numerous issues with the thermostat installation. They corrected the wiring issue, replaced a fuse and also replaced the filter. During the service they were respectful of my house and used covers to protect my flooring.

I'm super impressed with the service they provided. It's rare to find companies that truly put customers first, not just the all too common mouth service.

In closing, I highly recommend BPW for any HVAC related issues you might have.
