Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Brent and his partner Christopher were absolutely best in show. My A/C unit has been working perfectly, no issues, until today....of course the one day when it is 108 degrees outside. With four small kids and a house that was heating up quickly, I went straight to Yelp and started making my calls. Unlike most other companies I tried to reach, BPW answered the phone when I called. I thought that was pretty amazing. Then they said it would be several hours, which I also thought was pretty amazing considering it is a Saturday of a holiday weekend and that would have been fine. However, within about 30 minutes, he called me and said he could fit me in between calls and arrived a few minutes later. Amazing. They arrived and from the start were super professional and on point. Did a comprehensive check of the system and instead of gouging me and making something up, he said it was a super easy fix....just a new fuse needed. He made the repair and bamn! Moments later my system was good as new. AND, he replaced the return filters in my house. I thought for sure being a holiday weekend on a Saturday evening the price would be unbearable. To my surprise, these guys prices are THE BEST and it was so reassuring that my house was back to being a safe place and I wasn't going to have to sell my cars to afford the repair. These guys are my new go-to and will be for our friends and family for sure. Thank you Brent and Christopher for making our day and for the outstanding response. Really appreciate you guys and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Brent just walked me through trouble shooting my AC over the phone and it worked. The best customer service I have ever experienced. Im not even a paying customer. Didn't ask for anything in return. Didn't offer any in home service and he's just happy that it worked. Will definitely call him for future repairs or maintenance.

My AC was not cooling in June when it was hot. In fact after turning it on, the temperature went UP quickly. I had very bad experiences with another AC service company 2 years ago so I was very frustrated that I had to deal with another AC problem again. I called BPW. Brent came out the same day very quickly. He diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it by adding Freon and tried to block leaking. He disclosed that leak blocking may or may not work, which I understood. So far in the past hot days, the AC has worked very well. He was professional and polite and patient to explain the problem to us. He will be our AC guy in the future if need arises (hopefully not though).Thank you, Brent, for making the repair smooth.

Once in a blue moon things just happen to fall your way and yesterday was my day when I called BPW HVAC Co! I was on vacation in NY when my Daughter called to tell me the our A/C unit was not functioning and during an extended heat wave. She called a different A/C co and they stated the freon had all leaked out and it was old and we needed a new system.I had already been told by a previous Co. that we should probably get a new system. (But our freon level was fine) So 2 co's said the same thing so when I got home I was looking for a co to replace it. I was given this recommendation on Orange Buzz and googled the co and loved what I read on YELP! 5 stars and the reviews sounded amazing. So I called Brent and told him I needed a new system. He quoted me a price over the phone but then asked if he could come over that day to see the unit and give me a proper quote.
He came over after he had finished his jobs and found both of my freon caps were loose and ALL the freon had leaked out. (Not sure which co. did that) He got his freon can and filled the A/C unit and stated he wasn't going to charge us! What?!?! He stated he just lost a lot of $ by just fixing it instead of replacing but that's the kind of honesty that is refreshing and will hopefully keep him in business for many years!
I have now found my new A/C go to guy and wanted to let anyone else know that is looking for an honest, quick, educated, experienced HVAC person to give him a call. You won't be sorry but you may be mad that you waited and/or went to the wrong person before you found Brent!

Great experience with Brent for my air conditioning issue! He was able to come out a day earlier than originally scheduled, he was on time and worked efficiently, and also very fair with his pricing. I couldn't have asked for more. I definitely recommend Brent to anyone with AC issues. Our unit was leaking water into the closet area. Yikes! You never know what you're going to get with contractors and repairmen. I am completely satisfied with my experience using BPW!

A very genuine man who didn't upsell anything. He was honest and friendly, so I felt comfortable with him. I did contact quite a few other companies and I couldn't really settle on them... some told me they had no availability (what?!) and some told me that after diagnosing, they would come back to repair if needed which didn't help the situation for the day. Brent checked a few things and as a new homeowner, I knew that the previous owners didn't do much to take care of the equipment. He did say it needs to be replaced but added in refrigerant to at least cool it for a few days. His pricing is reasonable so I will be contacting him for installation once I save up for the new unit. Brent showed up the same day, our A/C was blowing hot air on a very hot day and we had family from out of town. Brent came over at the end of a very long day and fixed the A/C quickly, he gave me cost saving ideas and options. I highly recommend BPW for any of your HVAC needs.
