Brent showed up the same day, our A/C was blowing hot air on a very hot day and we had family from out of town. Brent came over at the end of a very long day and fixed the A/C quickly, he gave me cost saving ideas and options. I highly recommend BPW for any of your HVAC needs.

SOOO rude and unprofessional! The owner called me to cancel their appt DURING their service window! What's worse - he was so rude!

Immediately after making the appt, I texted him with the address and I happened to mention it was a townhouse. He waited UNTIL the appt window to call me to ask if the A/C unit was in the ceiling, bc apparently they often are in townhouses. When I said yes, it was, he said he doesn't service townhouses with A/C units in the ceiling. Shouldn't he have asked me this question when he got my text???

He then proceed to lie to me, saying he called me the night before the appt, but didn't leave a msg (which he should have), BUT I had absolutely NO missed calls.

He then said he planned to come out anyway and charge me $75 for the visit (knowing in advance he probably couldn't help me) and THEN tell me he couldn't fix it (very unethical). But bc I mentioned in my text that I was unemployed, he was actually ""doing me a favor"" by not ripping me off!

He was rude, and condescending and was actually raising his voice at ME! I'm sorry, if anyone had the right to be upset, I think it was ME. He waited to call me until DURING the service window to essentially cancel the appt, then lied about calling me, then admitted he would have ripped me off but since I was unemployed, suggested he was being some kind of hero for being upfront! And on top of everything , he was a total jerk about it!

Do NOT hire this business!!!!

These guys are awesome. They came out in a time of desperate need and fixed a problem the original installer made. I have been using the original installer for several years and now they have lost my business to a clearly better company. BPW is my choice from now on. Thanks again for all your hardwork.

Our AC hasn't been working efficiently for months and during this summer heat wave we really wanted to get it fixed. We contacted BPW heating and cooling and they responded within the hour. I got a call the next morning saying they were able to come in the next two hours and get it checked out. Brent and Curtis arrived on time and they were so efficient with what they were doing. They asked where all our AC appliances were and immediately went to check what the problem might be.

After their assessment and diligent work, they were able to get the AC running. Brent was very thorough and told us what the problems were and what we needed to fix.

We really appreciated their work and would definitely contact them for any future projects. Thank you, guys!

These guys saved me! One of the hottest weeks of the year and they were able to come out same day to fix my ac. Professional and nice knowledgeable guys. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs HVAC repairs.

We called Brent to check out our AC in the morning, and he was so quick to respond, he even squeezed us in and came within an hour. How often does that happen?? I would have given Brent 10 stars if I could. The AC stopped working yesterday in my rental property in such hot day. I texted couple of best AC companies listed in yelp. Brent is the first one to response and come to the property in less than 1 hour, I am surprised. Brent is extremely knowledgeable and efficient, he and his colleges spent a lot of time and trips to my place to try to help us to get a new system. Because the unit is too old and it's hard to find the replacement unit to fit the small space. Although we end up to seek other options, Brent is still willing to give suggestions and recommendations. I appreciate what Brent has done for us. If you need HVAC work, check with Brent and BPW first.
