Unbelievable the experience I had with Brent. He came out and instead of just providing a diagnosis he made sure the air conditioning worked. Even tho our landlord refused his services he still tried to let us tenants know what the issue are and made sure we had air conditioning for our child FREE OF CHARGE!! Absolutely the most kind hearted person in the service industry I have ever encountered. Thank you Brent for your services! We will definitely be seeing you again.

happy to recommend Brent . I called him on a Monday morning during a heat wave and by dinner on Tuesday , we had a new a/c running. The A/C was on a second story roof, he had to rent a crane to remove and install unit. The HOA required insurance certificate which he provided. He is hard working, very prompt and quick to do his job. His work ethic is outstanding! The only thing he was slow at was getting a billing invoice outI highly recommend BPW heat and air.

We noticed a leak coming from our attic and brilliantly deduced that the problem had to to be AC related. We received an immediate response from BPW along with some helpful information as to what the cause of the problem might be. I called them with an AC emergency. My dog chewed through the power cord on my unit and before I spent hundreds trying to replace it, was hoping for a repair.

The guys answered immediately, were extremely helpful and came out to see the problem in one hour from the time I called. They were able to fix my AC unit without needing to replace the power cord and we couldn't be happier. Thank you for your service and fast action. I have a very old air conditioner that I was afraid had finally died! I was not in a rush but wanted to get an idea of what the problem might be and the cost to get it fixed or replaced. I saw the great reviews for BPW so I gave Brent a call. I called at almost 9:00 pm on Friday night and he was here in 30 minutes. He got right in, ran some tests and figured out the problem (it ended up being minor), and had it fixed in no time. He also gave me tips on how to clean the outside unit and talked about my filter on the inside unit. It is obvious he loves what he does and takes pride in his work! When the time comes to replace my unit I will definitely be giving him a call! Also very reasonably priced!

Unbelievably honest! There's a reason all of Brent's reviews are 5 stars. I called about my central AC that wasn't getting as cold as in previous years. He gave me some free advice and even said that because my AC was only about 5 years it didn't need servicing yet. I was genuinely surprised by his honesty, I will definitely call him back for any future AC issues.
