Great experience! Had a water leak and didn't know where it was coming from. Eloy instantly identified the leak to be from the upstairs toilet and gave us a couple options to repair or replace. We decided to just get a new toilet and he went and got us a new one and put everything in for us and got rid of the old one. He also fixed some leaky sinks we had in that same bathroom. Good dude. Would recommend. Definitely knows his stuff!

Our shower faucet broke right in the middle of the shower. I yelp'd Eloy who emailed me within 5 minutes and said he was about 5 minutes away. (He was waiting to go to another job). I gave him my location and from start to finish he had everything fixed (about 2 hours including a run to Lowes). Friendly and knowledgeable I highly recommend him. Matter of fact I'll schedule him for a few other tasks in the future.

Had a plumbing issue at my home in Gilroy. I called the number and of course, no answer. There's a very lengthy voicemail saying to describe your issue and that ""your call is important to us"" OR you can text the number with the issue as well. I did both and have received nothing back. Well, the first problem is you can't leave a voicemail because it's full. Just FYI BPS Plumbing...Also no text back yet...A simple acknowledgement would be nice.

You know it's hard to want to support small local businesses when they can't even help themselves. Go elsewhere if you are in need of plumbing repairs.

My experience with BPS plumbing was amazing!! They responded very quickly and had very clear communication. Our outside pipe had been slowly leaking and needed repair. The plumber was on time for the appointment, was very professional, worked quickly & efficiently! Did a fantastic job! I would not hesitate to call this company again!

BPS Plumbing hooked me up with great service and fair pricing. Eloy from BPS was very responsive and came to my house twice, once the same day and another just the day after I called requesting an inspection/quote.

Eloy found the broken vent pipe that had been vexing me for years with septic smells in different locations throughout my home. I had numerous plumbers look for it and tell me they didn't believe there was a problem. I could not find it. Eloy did.

Eloy found and fixed this problem very quickly for me. This is my first ever post or recolmmendation for any type of product or service.

Eloy is a great plumber! I first met him while working for a property management company in Redwood City. I started using him for all my plumbing needs at home and he never failed to fix a problem! From clogged drains, faucet installations, new water heaters, etc., he can do it all. I recently moved into a new home that had plumbing issues from week one. Yesterday I had Eloy come out and he located a hidden cleanout in the front yard that had been damaged by landscapers. He snaked the line and got us up and running in no time. I've had to deal with other plumbers in the past, and you can just tell that Eloy is more knowledgeable.

I've been looking for a go to Plumber. I think I've found him.

My project seemed to be relatively routine. I had a stuck shutoff valve needing replacement and some light re-piping due to install by prior owners of big blue filters. Eloy arrived on time, I was even text of his arrival. He kept me constantly updated and explained the work he was doing. Very easy person to talk to. Actually refreshing and enjoyable. Unfortunately something that would be normally routine turned a little ugly quick. Eloy finished putting in the new shutoff valve and re-piping only for there to be a leak at the base of the of the PVC connecting the shutoff valve. The PVC had snapped off below the concrete! Now I picture most plumbers I've used in the past of telling me they couldn't help me now. Not Eloy. He did warn me this wasn't a good situation but he persevered. He continued to figure out a possible solution and drove to the nearby hardware store to get some supplies. Installs the PVC and shutoff, waits for the pipe to seal, but still leaks. The only option left to cut concrete. With the precision of a surgeon he cuts and chiseled a small hole around the piping only to find a cracked pipe. Eloy was able to fix that pipe and connect the shutoff for the final time. Finally, no leaks and the house had water. He will have to come back to reconnect another pipe for the pool but wow what a day. I could not recommend Eloy enough. He's the entire package when it comes to a business owner, plumber and human being.

Update: it's a pleasure to have a plumber who is on time. I also get text updates when Eloy is on his way and when he's arriving. I also had some questions about my backflow prevention device leaking and high psi for the house. Eloy called me and discussed later that same night. He said he'd come by the next day and take a look at the backflow device and he did and he quickly cleaned debris out and got it back working. Talk about great customer service. Not only are you getting a real master plumber but his level of customer service is beyond any plumber I've ever had.

BPS showed up within the time frame set, and Eloy and Angel were polite and professional. They cleared my sink drain quickly and the price was as quoted to me on the phone. I definitely will call them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Eloy and his partner showed up late in the day that we called with our issue. The problem was diagnosed fairly quickly and Eloy presented is with our options. We decided it was time to upgrade to a tankless water heater. He scheduled time to do it on Wednesday (two days after our initial call). On Wednesday, Eloy showed up with the hot water heater promptly when he said he would. He worked diligently all day -- and in the rain and shortly thereafter he was able to deliver us hot water. During our appointment, Eloy identified another issue that he will come back to fix at a very reasonable rate.
