I contacted BPI at the end of September 2019 to get a price to relocate gas pipes in my manufacturing facility. After 2 weeks without a call back, I called them again with no call back. I then had an issue with one of our HVAC units and because BPI installed the unit and we had been using them for service, I called them to come out to fix the unit. While the technician was onsite, we asked him to quote the gas pipe relocation. He took the measurements and said we would receive a quote within a couple days. Guess what, we never received. Unfortunately, we had to call yet again to get the quote which I accepted. I was told they would call to schedule the work which never happened. It is now December 2019 and still not scheduled. Being a contractor in the NW suburbs of Chicago, I can honestly say I have never worked with a worse company and strongly discourage anyone from using them. This is the kind of contractor to stay a way from. Not only did the lose the pipe work but all of my work. If I treated my customers this way, I wouldn't be in business. In hind-sight, I feel I dodged a bullet here.

We were having issues with washing machine draining in to our tub and toilet. Called many plumbers and none were available. One did recommend BPI out of Morrison. I called them and receptionist said she would let Karlos know. He called me back quickly asking what our issue was. He worked us in that same day. He was able to do a pressure push in our clean out and then sent a camera through sewer line. Nothing major and able to do laundry again!!! Karlos was professional, explained as he worked to help us understand, and very friendly. Would and highly recommend his service and BPI.
