When my husband & I decide to remodel our kitchen earlier this year, the first company we thought about is BPI Construction. because this company was referred by our daughter who had her kitchen remodeled 2 years ago by them and was very happy about their job.

Without hesitation, we ask for the detail design and job quotation from the company. Brian ( owner of the BPI Construction) speedily responded and quote the price , he's professional, understands, efficient.
Right after we agreed with the contract, Brian quickly order the cabinets which came out marvelous and high quality.

Brian and his team workers( greatly appreciate foreman Melvin, he's a good leader) did the tremendous job over all, all the carpenters, electricians, plumbing, flooring, fabrication works are fantastic,they're all knowledged, quality and responsible.

Brian even try to match our schedule during our 2 weeks vacation when we were out of the country, for security reasons, they stop the job temporary and restart when we came back. the time table was expected.

We're thrilled to found BPI Construction. we kept appreciate the beautiful kitchen while we seat around the brand new island built with fabulous patterned quartzite with waterfall at one end.

We recently worked with Brian and his crew to replace the countertops, install a new sink and remove two window openings in our kitchen. We were amazed at how much work they did in such a short amount of time. In 10 days, our kitchen went from closed off and outdated (hello tile countertops) to modern and open.

Brian helped advise us on the materials & design and was there every step of the way. With many workers coming in and out of our home daily, he always gave us a heads up as to what work was going to be performed. Brian was readily available by phone/text and was super communicative throughout the entire process.

Brian and BPI Construction have worked with us on several projects over the years including remodeling a kitchen and building a deck and we are extremely happy with the work they have done for us. The work on the kitchen included identifying and fixing a termite problem, electrical work, and rebuilding walls. All the work was done on time and was very high quality. Brain was very dependable and was so trustworthy that we had no problem having him and his crew work on our house while we were gone.

We liked Brian's work so much that we recommended him to one of our close friends who needed help on a project after their original contractors left in the middle of a job. Brian was able to come in and finish the project within the budget and beyond the expectations of our friends.

Do NOT use Brian Pezzulich. I contacted him to paint and sand two exterior beams at my home in San Mateo. He quoted me $250. At the end of the job, he said it would be $280 because it required more sanding than he expected. I cut him on check for $280 on 8/2 of this year. After this last rainstorm, the paint is peeling, bubbling, and folding off completely. I decided to go up on the roof to inspect the top of the beams. They weren't even painted completelt across the length of the beams! When I contacted him, he erroneously said it had be six months since he completed the work and also that, since it was a outside beam, it was never intended to last past six months!

This is a good guy who follows up on his commitment. He's twice done general hauling for us and he comes as scheduled, does a great job and has reasonable rates.

BPI Construction is awesome! Their pricing for their ""handyman services"" was very competative. We just moved into a new townhouse and needed a few things done. Brian (the owner) came and provided me a time and materials quote to install (2) ceiling fans. This job included running electrical in the attic to each of the two rooms, as well as the actual installation of the fans and remote controls. Mario from BPI came to do the work, showing up a few minutes early so he could get the work area ready. He was very courteous, and did exceptional work. (I have a building facilities background, so I'm very particular about following code and not taking shortcuts.) He even asked me to get up to the attic with him so he could show me some ""areas of concern"" that had been done prior to us purchasing the home. Great Job! We highly recommend Brian and BPI, and will definately use them again.
