Brian B.These guys are awful! They installed a new boiler for me back in February. It's now May 6th. The boiler still doesn't work properly! After months of unreliable hot water, which fluctuates every two minutes between hot and cold.... The Boiler ""Brand New"" K2 from US boilers. Is supposed to be awesome... it's already been rebuilt once and after numerous attempts to get it to operate properly. I'm more frustrated than ever. I work out of town. How do you leave your house with someone when the Heat and Hot water don't function??
This has been the Worst experience I've ever had with anything!!
