Would be nice if more home contractors had the same approach as BP. Returned home after some time away and found my hot water heater not producing hot water. It was 15 years old and needed replacement. Left a message with Bryan on Sunday stating my problem and that it was not an emergency, I had water just not hot, I could deal with it. Within 15 minutes Bryan called back, got my info and scheduled replacement for Monday afternoon. He and crew arrived early and were done in 1.5 hours. In 30 years as a homeowner I can count on one hand the number of experiences I've had like this. Highly recommend

Bryan quite simply is the best. I've had a couple little issues that have come up, and whether it requires him coming to the house in a pinch, or just answering some questions, he is beyond helpful and is a calming presence in the middle of some pretty frustrating moments. I'll ALWAYS use BP Plumbing!

Called Bryan to schedule a drain cleaning. He picked up on 1st ring. I explained the problem - clogged drain from kitchen sink and bathtub. Not an emergency. His crew was at my house 45 minutes later. Both problems were fixed 45 minutes after that. The crew was polite, professional, and a pleasure to have in our home. I absolutely recommend BP Plumbing. Brian is a straight shooter, reasonable, efficient, and punctual. Initially, I was looking for a quote to flush my hot water heater and his first question was why. Told me he didn't recommend it along with some other useful information and offered to check the tank for model and age, etc. He obviously could tell this was my first plumbing call, but he didn't speak condescendingly, like the first plumber I called. He was patient with me and honest with his recommendation, not just trying to get another sale, so I felt confident he would be reasonably priced.

I had a slow leak in the upstairs shower so I asked Brian to look into it. He and his assistant were right on time as scheduled and were in and out within an hour. Fixed the leak, cleaned the mess, and gave me some follow up instructions. Have not had issues since. I will use BP Plumbing again.

BP plumbing has been consistently responsive and charged reasonable rates. Another company wanted me to pay 1200 dollars for some basic snaking and BP did camera work and snaking for 378.

GET AN ESTIMATE FIRST. Owner came with 2 other workers. Looked at my tankless hot water leak and said couldn't see a leak. No problem. Looked at 2 slow running faucets and told me to go and buy cartridges for them. I assumed a plumber would do that. So in all, he replaced 2 outdoor spigots, 3 toilet handles and was at my house a little over an hour and charged me $620. When I questioned him he said, ""its expensive to run a business."" I'm sorry but that price was complete robbery.
