Brandon was amazing - he showed up to install a complicated water filtration system and custom designed an installation that allows me to easily access all needed parts. When a piece of the system was not made correctly, he identified the issue and came back to finish the install as soon as it arrived. I spoke with 3 other plumbers before finding Brandon and found some disrespectful of a woman home owner, unsure of how to handle something new/different or trying to sell me their own stuff. Brandon, on the other hand, was so kind, committed, skilled and generous. The next time I have a plumbing issue or it is finally time to put in the full bath I've been dreaming of adding - grateful to have him on speed-dial.

It was a pleasure working with Brandon. He was extremely knowledgeable & competent & made several suggestions for improvement when he recently re-piped our home. He replaced the old Qest polybutaline which was recalled, with upunor. He had previously replaced our water heater & gave us the ""heads up"" that we had recalled piping & that it was not a matter of if, but when, the qest would break. Our house is 28 years old, so he suggested replacing the shower fixtures, kitchen faucet, & adding an outdoor faucet while he had the sheet rock off. He did these extra suggestions for only his cost of materials. He uses the best quality materials & we highly recommend Brandon for all your plumbing & construction services.

Brandon installed all the new plumbing in my totally remodeled master bathroom. We ran into a big problem with a Hansgrohe rain shower. After it was installed properly it would make the sound of screechy train brakes when turned on or when you changed the temp. Brandon took the shower totally apart, flushed the system and put it back together. It was determined that the shower was a lemon and not just the valves. We needed it replaced. Brandon helped me with the supplier, Ferguson, and the manufacturer to send a new one on their warranty. When this project started it was early spring. Today is the first day of fall. It took all summer to get the parts. Brandon was finally able to install the new shower. It works the way it should now thanks to Brandon and all the help he gave me. His work is impeccable.

I now understand why Brandon has entirely five-star reviews - He's truly a one-of-a-kind guy and plumber. We unexpectedly needed our washer hookups replaced and Brandon came out the next day, ran out to get the parts, and had the whole thing fixed up in less than an hour. Brandon is a fantastic plumber. We had a pin hole leak in our main water line and our water bill was going through the roof! Brandon came in and campy assessed the situation, was honest about my outings and went through with the best possible option in the most time and cost efficient manner.
He used absolutely top class materials and was very professional in his job. He was also very approachable and filled up quite diligently after the job as well. I already recommended him to my neighbor, who lived his work as well and I will absolutely recommend him to whoever comes my way asking.

I had toilets that were leaking, old and in need of replacement.
My friend Jim recommended Brandon, he has been taught by his father when he was a teenager and knows even all the old fixtures since he has been plumbing many years.

Brandon is an excellent plumber. I highly recommend him for any job. He fixed our shower by replacing the really old one because it had a pressure issue. He was quick and responded right away. We do need a new fixture and system behind it eventually, but we didn't feel pushed to re-model immediately. Thanks. Writing again because Brandon helped us again!! This time he recommended a replacement with an estimate. What great service to recommend the best option. To fix our sink facet would have caused cosmetic damage because someone else did not install it properly. We appreciate BP Plumbing! Another 5 stars!!
