BP is as good as it gets! The service provided (from Bill) was timely, very reasonable and very courteous. He followed up on the appointed time just like he said he would -- on time. Bill replaced a leaking valve under the sink in short order and ensured that everything else was in good order too. He had the right part and tools with him so there was no hesitation or puzzlement in jumping right in and getting it fixed. I'll use BP again!
