I needed a sump pump replaced and some piping inside to be redone. Got some other quotes and they were crazy high, I got recommended Jack Woods plumbing, however the didn't service my area. They then recommended Bozman. I called right away, left a message, and I got a call back in under an hour I think. Scheduled me for that week, technician came when they said they would, work took maybe an hour? It's all complete now and working wonderfully. Great experience and it was a good price too!

We have a drain pipe problem from our sump pump. Bozman's technician was here within 90 minutes of our call to install an ""over the ground"" drain pipe until the underground drain can be assessed. The technicia's name is Alex...a total pro!!! He had the temporary drain hooked up and running in a matter of minutes. We have used Bozman before...always great technicians ...great results, and a fair price.

Amazing company! I love these guys. I have been using Bozman Plumbing for 20+ years and this is the only company I'll let touch water pipes on the inside of my house. Have referred them to so many friends they do such an incredible job. I had a new refrigerator delivered from Lowe's today and Lowe's delivery refused to hook up the water and icemaker. Ricky came out from Bozman Plumbing within a couple hours, and it took him about 20-30 minutes to get it all hooked up with a new shut off valve, which he already had with him. I've used Bozman many times in the past, several to fix plumbing mishaps that other company did. I refer these guys to all my friends. Highly recommend them.

Two year old water heater went cold over the weekend. Called a plumber referred to us by a neighbor who was nice enough to let us know they didn't usually service our brand (AO Smith). Found Bozman on AO Smith website, and were delighted with service. They checked to see if the WH was still under warranty (it was), arrived on time the same day and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Our service tech Chad was great, and the cost very reasonable. Highly recommend.

I was given the names of three plumbers by Angie's list to help with a problem of water on my driveway. Two gave me a free estimate. The third, Jim Bozeman came out and had multiple vague theorys of what the problem was and immediately charged me $100.00 just to give me an estimate! He also demanded immediate payment which I gave him.
His actual assessment of the cause of the problem was incorrect. And his estimate was much higher than the plumber who fixed the problem several days later.
After that experience, I quit Angie's List!

DO NOT USE!!! I called Bozman to come out and fix a leak at the curb box caused by a valve. He did not make a service call, yet charged me for one. He also overcharged me for labor, the most laughable charge being that it took two grown men to fill in a hole that was the size of a coffin an hour and a half, with a track hoe. He then hit my line while digging up the curb box, which he did fix. However, he made a huge deal about my ENTIRE service line needing replaced ""soon"" as the material was old and I should just take care of it now before I had a big issue. Surprise, Surprise...not five months later in the exact same spot that he had dug up, the line breaks. When I say breaks, it didn't burst like a typical water line would, but it was very cleanly snapped in two. I obviously had a different plumber come out this time and he even noted that water lines DO NOT break like that and he suspected that the line had been tampered with previously. This man is a crook who not only pads his invoices and overcharges but he also creates work so he need to come back out. FRAUD.

Bozman took advantage of my 80 year old mother with one clogged bathroom sink and a slow draining kitchen sink - charged her over $600.00...

Tried plunging the bathroom sink and blew out the trap pipe. Get this - the plumber did not have a trap pipe in his truck - are you kidding? Required a return trip for this ridiculously common piece of plastic - and he knew it was a sink issue but didn't have a completely standard trap? Lies.

To fix the kitchen sink the Plumber went into the basement and cut a hole in a pipe for some reason - never explained - again - needed parts to unclog a completely standard kitchen sink. Another darned LIE.

All told - took 3 trips at over $200 per trip to fix two clogged sinks.

I will never trust these liars again.
