Complete unprofessional approach - does not return phone calls on time and could not even find a tank in the yard. I would highly recommend Xtreme 850-999-7800. I will NEVER use Boyetts again.

Terrible crooked company. They had a technician come out to pump out and inspect a house I was selling. The technician said I needed repairs and for 354.00 dollars they could fix it. I called X-Treme septic to get a better price, they came out and told me nothing was wrong with the septic. I went to Boyetts and told them the story and they stuck behind their technician. The buyers agent hired Boyetts to come out again, this time new technician to look again. The new Boyetts technician confirmed X-Treme's diagnosis of nothing wrong. I later called Boyetts to tell them they cost me 65 dollars I had to pay X-Treme and I was told it was not their problem and they would do nothing about this. Boyetts almost cost me 354 dollars had I not called a professional. Do not use these crooked people they are just looking to make money off of you.

What a Godsend!! Steve was so professional and courteous. He arrived within an hour as promised and took care of my septic tank emergency completely. He even apologized for my having to pay extra for weekend emergency. I told him I was more than happy to pay for such prompt and professional service. Look no further for regular maintenance and any emergency you may have.

I was so excited to talk with a knowledgeable person about my septic tank issues. I even scheduled an after hours appt because I was going out of town the next day. I was told I would be called when the truck was an hour out from my house. They called but I was in meeting. I called 21 minutes later and was told truck was sent to another home and I was off the list. Owner told me he """"had a business to run"""" after we had already made an agreement. Wow, thanks for leaving me high and dry.

I had a major issue of my septic system backing up into my house flooding a bathroom and laundry and it was midnight on a Friday night! I think I called 12 companies, and the only one willing to drive out to my house at 1:00am was Steve from Boyett's. He not only was there within an hour to pump out my system, cleaned it all out, but he also took time to show me additional things that will need my attention in the future so that it won't happen again. He was really nice, professional and an efficient worker. Then, he charged me LESS than he originally said (honesty!) and gave me very good advice. Thanks, Boyett's.

These guys are great, we're buying house in Pensacola from out of state, they arranged the time and meetup with our realtor, pumped and certified the tank and flagged the field as requested. On top of this they followed up and answered more questions we had like were the trees far enough back from the field etc. Prompt and courteous and they go all in on making the customer happy. Well done Boyetts.
