My elderly mother had a clogged shower drain and these guys came and looked at it and told her it's not their job and that they can't fix it for whatever reason but they still charged her $98 just to tell her that! Seriously?
Even though she pleaded with them to not charge her that much, they still went ahead and billed her. They didn't even tell her beforehand that they charge a hundred bucks just to inspect something. Sure, labor and service charges are expensive in this industry, but $100 just for an opinion?
Greedy and heartless. Cheap tactics
