About 3 years ago I hired a general contractor who hired Boyd to do both of my bathroom remodeling, this was down to the studs remodel. Here are the problems with his work: my new teak vanity ruin by plumbers putty and sloppy work. My new acrylic bathtub was scraped all the heck on the front and inside. It's also not level, he didn't level the bathtub. The shower head, an expensive one leaked twice, and there's a small dent in the shower faucet plate. These are brand new items!! Today work was finished up with a waterproofing company to repair a toilet that leaked into my crawl space. It was discovered that a huge amount of plumber's putty was put into the pipe going down from the toilet (brand new). Additionally, a section of my duct work was crushed flat in that same area in the crawl space. My rooms are now warmer. So, bottom line I don't recommend Byod for anything plumbing. He cost me way, way more than his work he did. This was really bad. I didn't know it because I couldn't see the leak. I am really ticked about all this and had to let people know that you might have issues a few years later from his work. It was sloppy at my house.

These folks are great: skilled, personable, and reliable. I'm a general contractor who has worked with them for years, and I give them my highest recommendation, an essential part of my team.

First, they came up with a plan to replace the existing heater, which was very old and on the small side. Then, the crew went above and beyond installing a new propane tankless water heater on an outside wall. Removing the old box and water heater was especially challenging, but they worked tirelessly to complete what turned out to be an all day job.

I will definitely use them again for all plumbing problems.

Boyd's plumbing charged us for a leak they did not repair. As a result, another local plumber was called out, not only did they repair the leak Boyd's missed but they found two others. We do not recommend this service and don't waist your money. Call someone honest and repitable.

We've been using Boyd's Plumbing for about three years now... ever since we first discovered them. As Sarah said, everything from new toilets, an additional sink, and leaky old pipes. They are efficient, pleasant and clean up after themselves. Love it!

The whole boyds team is awesome! I have used them for multiple projects from replacing toilets, installing new fixtures and plumbing a new line.
They really took their time helping me with my selections and educated me on my options.
They are trustworthy , and super efficient. I recommend them all the time.
